    I recall my professor saying along the lines of: you must know your physiology if you want to know how to deal with diseases. You seem to know your physiology well based on these videos, and that's cool!

    Subbed long ago when you had fitness on your channel. Does anyone know what ply that bench shirt was?

    • @HemeReview
      @HemeReview Před 2 lety +9

      It was single ply Titan F6, around 2007. That gym was all multi ply canvas and denim lifters on the powerlifting side so because my bench wasn’t in the 500s they made me lift with the girls, who all benched in the 400s

      @@HemeReview thanks man... still a great bench with that single ply. When you say women in the 400s I first think wait no way then I remember a lady in her 50s @150lbs ish bodyweight benched 311lbs, so yea it's possible. Anyways CHEERS

    I applied a pain relief cream to my full body because I have very dry skin and was out of lotion, washed it off after it started burning in some regions and it continued to smart for hours. That was essential oil based thankfully

    There is something extra in the tiger balm patches thats not in the tiget balm creams. My fiance had an arm amputation and its never healed right. In this world even when you get your arm cut off you cannot get any pain killers besides otc ibuprofen. Anyway, every day she has to wear a tiger balm patch . The latest is her primary doctor is concerned that something foreign was left inside her arm stump during one of the 14 procedures shes had.
