My grandfather just got diagnosed with Cancer in his pancreas today, we find out the staging and care plan tomorrow (June 3rd), but he’s had evidence of wasting for about six months which suggests to me that it’s advanced. He hid it from us. He is the person who takes care of my generally aloof family members, so I want to know what I can do that I can advocate for him when he needs it. In February 2011, I sustained a back injury while lifting a heavy object without proper form. My back was bent rather than straight, and as I lifted, I felt a severe cramp-like sensation, causing me to collapse onto a nearby bed. Since then, I've been unable to fully rotate or bend laterally without encountering a knot or stiffness around the bottom of my thoracic spine. While watching a video, I began to suspect that a disc might have been overstretched. Could you provide any advice on this? Would performing back stretches, such as the cat-cow stretch and arching my back, be beneficial, or should I consult a doctor first? Thank you for your help.

Is been two years now with this condition and I got better than before but the issue is that, when i feel upset, angry or little scared about anything my nerves on the Left hand harm and left neck side burns and sometimes when am even not anxious about something, my nerves keep moving "pops up" through my whole body eg both arms, legs and both side of my body......Ps the nerves pop up through my muscles i can even feel that on my both a**. My muscles also not tough as before and I work out hard but can't get the same muscles like I used. Is there any hope I can build same strong muscles?

I have this exact condition. Moderate to severe herniated disc on my c5-c6. Numbness down arm and neck stiffness. Worst of all I get chronic migraines in my right eye. Is the migraine a symptom?? Looking into a micro discectomy to see if I can remove that material pressing on my spinal nerves.

Mine is getting worse, I'm a phone and computer engineer, i sit bend and work a lot with my right hand. The pain started from my shoulder joints, now my right lower back hurts alot due to muscle strain. I also feel some tingling discomfort in my right foot, I think its sciatica. I increased my workout hours, use dumbells more often, but no difference 😢😢😢😢

My is c6c7 and it’s effecting both arms and legs what’s does that mean if it’s effecting my hole body I’m staying dizzy off balance my left eye goes blurry and my neck has been jerking by it’s self it’s getting worse and not better

I have a slipper disc c6 c7 but it’s effecting both my arms and my legs what do i do I fell supper weak in arms and my legs are messing with me I’m staying dizzy and off balance sometimes my left eye goes blurry and I also have a spur and my hole body fells like it’s on fire and burns they want me to physical therapy my insurance won’t pay for the mri unless I do physical therapy will this make me worse my legs will even go numb and tingle and I even have chest pains and my chest burns and I’ve had a cta done so idk I’m scared I’m only 23 will this cause me to go paralyzed my neurologist said this is somtnjjg I done as a kid and progressed and got worse

How about if all the C spine disks are herniated including pressing in on the thalmic sac? L spine is no better
