You do realize that humans have been primarily carnivores for hundreds of thousands of years?
@@dkayser1500 then why don’t we have a full set of fangs? Why is there tons of proof that we ate fruit, tubers, seeds and nuts? Why are we consider omnivores? And how does your statement make mine false? Cultures that eat purely meat, Inuits for example, don’t live past their early 30’s? And why does internet broscience turn stupid people into professors?

My “mobility” routine is just to do some exercises for body parts that aren’t usually directly hit from usual exercises such as the glute medius during a warmup. Definitely doesn’t have to take over 10+ minutes.
My boys joined paras and marines more or less same time as they didn’t want to do same and the fittest failed p.coy and the other sailed through commando tests and they compared what they went through and both agreed paras was actually harder and the one in marines said the fitness levels veered off when in corp and you were responsible for your own fitness and I know paras av to do 10 miler every Friday to keep sharp

I went through training at DISC Chicksands and a couple of the WO's were ex 14 Int. Sounds like one of the scariest things anyone could do in the military. They would tell us next to nothing but what they did was utterly terrifying.
