What about with a Prius. I feel like it has such a strong pressurization at the reservoir that the bulb won’t allow you to get any exhaust up into it lol
What if it tests ok but you still get a sweet smell from exhaust on start up?
Do you know what shraeder valve core size is for chevy Tahoe 2005?, thanks for your help 🙏🏼👍🏼
Great video thanks
The instructions worked great; I used carriage bolt, flat washer, lock washer, nut, then nylon nut. Should stay in place and be easy enough to pull when I need to replace it.
3 yes later. Did it work out for you?
Just did this today with 12 oz can and a hose. Got my A/C outlet temp down to 36 degrees F which is damn cold!
nice, thanks for the video I though they would be bolt-on, it didn;t think the door changed from 98-11, these look identical.
Great instructions!
The 3-pc set is on sale today at Menards for $9.99
Great video I was able to change mine with no problems keep them coming
I had this on for a little while now want to switch over to pressure treat lumber racks to raise bed height how would you remove this without messing truck up?

Hey man just wanted to say thanks for this simple and helpful video. I needed my headlight bulb connector changed and I called a couple mechanics and they told me they were weeks out plus it was going to cost over $100 at least to fix. So I looked up videos and found yours. Bought the part for $20. Took my time, and 40 mins later it was fixed and works! Saved me a ton of hassle and time and money. I also know a new skill now. Thanks!
Actually did the same thing and i am gna try this tmrw
I bought one of these, but when i press the bulb it stays flat. I can't pump it. Any suggestions?
Hey thanks I enjoyed your video question for you though. I have a pack. I believe I can harbor freight one of those, but the batteries fully charged it even reads it on my multimeter, but nothing comes out of the cables. It is missing the charging port USB charger port, but that shouldn’t do anything. Does I still keep it charged just pull it out and put my other little battery charger that I got in charge the battery and keep it charged but I don’t get anything out of the cables.
I used a combustion leak detector that turned yellow. My radiator is leaking from the actual radiator. Can this create a false positive?
this is quite possibly the most thorough instructional (which covers most of the small details which others omit) that i have ever watched. for the average garage mechanic (who only has the short hose/gauge), pay attention to every bit of this video.
Glad it was helpful!
If it does turn yellow, how do u know if its the gasket, block or cracked head? My car is spitting coolant out the reservoir and boiling. Plus the oil filler cap has a milkshake looking substance on the bottom.
Follow it up with a Leak Down Test. You would need the tool and a compressor. Apply air pressure into the cylinders one at a time. Then search for the leak.
Does this work for ACURa TL 2004?

Damn, you paid $80? I came from your review on the HF website and now all 3 are $42. With the ITC discount it's $29.40 for all 3.
Got one in 2013 and it worked great for several years until I partially backed over it with my truck. You talked me into opening this thing up and try to revive it.👍
Blue wire (from battery to relay): This wire typically carries positive current from the battery to the relay. The relay is an electric switch that is activated when it receives an electrical signal. In your case, the blue wire goes to the relay to activate or control a function, such as starting the engine or operating other electrical devices. Black wire (from battery to switch): The black wire usually indicates negative current or ground. In your case, the black wire goes from the battery to the switch, meaning it carries current to the switch used to control electrical devices. White wire (from switch to relay): The white wire typically carries a control signal from the switch to the relay. When the switch is activated, an electrical signal is sent via the white wire to the relay to activate it and allow or prevent current flow to the consumer. Red wire (from relay): If the red wire doesn't go anywhere from the relay, it might be a spare wire or intended for another function that hasn't been implemented. In some installations, a red wire is used as an additional output for current to other electrical devices. Black wire (from relay to ground): This black wire usually serves as ground or the return path for current from the relay to the ground or the negative terminal of the battery. This ensures that the electrical current has a closed loop for return, enabling the proper functioning of the electrical system. Is this correct? Thank you for your answ.

Thanks for this video, man. It's great. Also, what the eff! I didn't know there was an automatic wire stripping tool! That thing looks DOPE!
Great Quality content on every level Thanks
Does really every single device need a relay? For example aftermarket power windows, door locks, stereo, fuel pump, radiator fan. Some of the devices cant they just come from a fuse box wich is feeded by a thick wire from the battery, but before the fuse box is a manual switch which you turn on off when driving/parking?
I got that Powerstation at Costco a few years ago. Battery stopped holding a charge. Special ordered a 22 Ah (upgraded the original 18 Ah) from Home Depot for $53.40. The new battery's connecting posts are closer together exactly like the one in the video. Was able to rebend the brass bus bar at a diagonal to get it to be almost long enough. Ended up buying #8 brass washers from HD to make up the difference. It might behoove you to buy the "exact" replacement from the manufacturer.
