Found a better use for those junk weedeater engines heading out to scrap. The piston cleaned up pretty nice for a keychain, for a special key. The rest of the weedeater will head out to the scrap metal yard and the aluminum into the foundry furnace to cast homemade or DIY tools and projects.

Question I have an issue with my coats 70x-ah-3 and the bead breaker randomly closes
Check your actuator that connects to your foot pedal, sounds like a worn out o-ring. You're assembly is made out of metal compared to the plastic ones on mine so they are very rebuildabe. Check all your lines when you are inside the machine. Mine machine had random closing of the clamps and it turned out that the o-rings had sat for so long that they took the shape of the shaft and would not seal properly.

I didn't realize they popped out that easy. I ended up getting the bigger boat for the positive ones with nut on it. Which I would like to do on the negative but it has that rubber piece. But I did pick up the the 2 pack of those bolts that you got from Wally worlds. So i'm gonna go out and try to take out the neg bolt to put in a new one..

How many amps is the connector rated up to? 30amps?
gx16 will do 125v @ 5a , gx30 400a @ 20A, gx40 will get you to 30 amps if needed.
I can’t even turn mines I got one side off but I can’t get the other side like the bolt not moving at all
Did you manage to get it off? A hair dryer or heat can soften up the rubber.

Did you ever test if it produced carbinmonoxid more then on other fuels and do you start it on cold oil or deisel then switch to oil
I started it on diesel but there is no way it burns clean so it's used when I have to work outside or in a well-ventilated area of my shop.
Never ever unplug a coil wire from the coil 😂 when it's running

A Miller Syncrowave 210 but you can do it with any ac based machine with over 200 amps

Yes that hub needs to be tight. It may have been at one point but a cotter pin may not have been installed to keep the nut from backing off, allowing the hub to slowly walk off the shaft.

I found a Remington 50 from 1987 at my neighbors and its spark plug driven the thing made air but it sounded finny so i shimmed the pump with sandpaper because it was rusty and not sealing so i used 320 grit to start went to 1200 grit and last 1500 grit and it didnt leak anymore and it sounded better but i tried to run it of waste oil and diesel mix and it wont fire by itself I have to use a torch to get it going anyone know why

You don’t have to remove the ‘dog bones’, just unbolt them from the of the radiator mount and rotate them onto the top of the engine

Not exactly. The retaining pins have to be removed to pull the lines. The lines are quick connects - just push em in

Amazing! Thank you for this. My 1991 Accord (100k miles) would not start recently. Checked the fuses and all are ok. Replaced; starter, alternator (and drive belt), distributor cap, wires, plugs, and even the battery. It drove well for 3 days then died AFTER ALL OF THOSE NEW PARTS! Will be changing the relay. Thanks again for the informative video! I also used solder to fix the power door locks relay. Looks like this is the same exact procedure.
I am glad it worked out for you, I have to resolder some other components on my Honda, I have never seen any other car company have solder failures like Honda.
