Congratulations! I moved to FTL from NYC, as Miami is my hometown. I bought a 7-figure home as a millennial young doctor (DNAP) by myself. Just don’t be a landlord in NYC, it will be hell to get someone out, and they can go months to years not paying you rent. NY is not a landlord friendly state.

If so, I get that it may be a cultural thing, but what do you do when either of you find a partner that wants to live somewhere else? One has to buy the other one out?

Great video, I learnt a lot in this video to be honest.

It's really important to frame the research contextually and provide sources. We are seeing some careers destroyed through either negligence or purposeful manipulation. Also, 95% sounds insane for human behaviors across multiple individuals. I'd be a be suspect if this came from the study done the Association for Talent Development because of both the conflict of interest and the fact that they don't do peer-reviewed research. White paper research should always be peer-reviewed, otherwise you are building a product on cherry picked data.

I tried it out and it made a GIF (yay!) but the quality is actually really poor no matter how much I change the frame rate or general quality. Could it be because my prototype itself is too heavy...? Anyone else experience this issue?

Hi Sharon, When making your case study slide deck for Onnit, did you design each presentation slide in Figma, then save as an image/ other format and place them in Google slides? I'm trying to find the most efficient route where I can design a beautiful case study and have it in slide form but also easily adapt it to my portfolio website. Thank you!
