Hi Matt, I have a TRA001 mounted permanently under a router table. Problem I have is when I release the Locking Lever to make a fine adjustment, the bit drops down a bit, making it very difficult to make a quick fine adjustment. Is there a solution to this?

Would be great if the TRA002 is available. No where to buy

I have all the tools used in this video and can confirm that they are all good quality and value for money but if you have the thickness planer on a mobile cart like I do then you have to check the infeed and out feed table constantly to avoid making the inevitable snipe worse.

Mine is at least 22years old! The newer models don't come close to it!

Absolutely stunning. My Wife had a large glass topped Coffee table many years ago, and the glass got broken. I made a plywood insert to replace the glass with a design painted on it. Despite very careful sanding, I couldn't get the Polyurethane smooth. No workshop, spray booth or air supply, so brush painted it with Polyurethane. There was a lot of dust about. After about 6/7 brush coats, I was beginning to think I would never get the shine or smoothness I wanted. Then I had a brainwave. Lightly sanded it with a fine grit and then 2 or 3 goes at it with an angle polisher and T-Cut. Came up fabulous. 👍👍

Is there a special kind of glue that you're using? I'm sure it's not elmers lol but will any "wood glue" work or will it need to be a certain type?

I used a glue gun in a large camper van, one of my first tries luckily I did not use it on anything structural just trims etc. One very hot day at the beach we returned to the camper to find things falling off the walls. I have never since taken note of advertisements showing a glue gun mending chairs etc. That was in 1967 I believe the glues and guns are slightly better now.

I was pleased to see a black tank to cut down on algae and mould. I always use see-through then sand all over with fine sandpaper apart from a small strip top to bottom that I put masking tape over then I spray paint it black leaving the two strips to see the level. Water is always fresh. If you expose the black tank to the sun it will heat the water fairly quick for washing up the dishes or washing down. Nice videos.

Hi Matt, I liked your video very much. Now I get the feeling you are in the States, and I am in the UK, where I must say, the aftersales is not that good. So I wonder if you can help me ? I have a TRA001, and for ten years it has never let me down a truly great router. Until now. The automatic spindle lock has stopped activating, and as it's table mounted, it's a damn pain in the.... Now my question is: Have you ever come across this problem, and/or would you know how to fix it ? I get the feeling that the only way to get to it is by unscrewing the small screw beside it's housing, but I am reluctant to do this as the 'manual' such as it is, doesn't even mention it. I use my big PC routers for CNC. I have a bunch of precision Think and Tinker collets which are better than anything offered on a handheld router. I am assuming that Triton didn't copy the collet system from PC?

Any collets available other than the 1/4" and 1/2"?
