Easy and Delicious Crêpes That Will Amaze Everyone!
These crêpes are not only fun and easy to make but also very delicious. Whether you're hosting a brunch or serving these for breakfast for your family, these unusual crepes will for sure impress others!
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups milk
3 large eggs
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups all-purpose flour
4 tbsp butter (melted)
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Steps:
1. Add the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt into a bowl. Whisk until well combined.
2. Slowly add the flour to avoid clumps, mix until smooth.
3. Pour in the melted butter, and mix until well combined.
4. Scoop about 1/3 cup of the batter and pour it into a squeeze bottle. Add cocoa powder and mix well.
5. Heat a pan over medium heat and grease the pan lightly and evenly with butter.
6. Pour about 1/4 cup of crepe batter in the center of the pan. Immediately lift the pan off the heat and swirl the batter so that it forms a thin, even circle. Cook for about 15 seconds, then using a squeeze bottle, drizzle the cocoa batter on top to form a design.
7. Let it cook for another 15 seconds, or until the edges are slightly golden brown. Using a spatula, flip the crepe and cook for about 20 seconds.
8. Transfer the crape to a plate and lightly coat it with some butter to prevent sticking.
9. Repeat the process with the rest of the batter :)
Topping Ideas:
1. Maple syrup / Honey
2. Mangoes
3. Strawberries
4. Blueberries
5. Fresh Mint

Unfortunately this is not a fish soup!..It's a vegetable soup with some pieces of fish in it! A fish soup has to be cooked with fish stok!..Only then it is curing and delicious!

The shrimp balls can be frozen for up to two to three months and just need to be thawed in the fridge before you fry them in oil.
What can you replace or substitute dill and heavy cream with?
Hello! Thanks for watching! Heavy cream and dill are both optional. Heavy cream gives it a creamier texture. You can substitute dill with any garnish of your choice (green onion, parsley, etc.)

Best fish soup I ever had was from a little cafe in Paris. It was just consumme, probably made with vegetables and fish parts, then strained into a bowl. Delicious. This looks wonderful too, but to me, it’s closing in on stew territory.
