I was hesitant about wacking the top of the screw and thought it would make it more difficult to remove. But after trying every thing else, I figured what the hell. I think I hit it out of anger and frustration and it loosened right up. Thanks for the tips.

I have a similar problem whereby my 2008 Sedona's mode knob turns but the air does not change where it comes from. Appears to come from the floor some, and a little from the center console and a little from the defroster. Using this video as a guide plan to go look and see if i can manually move the controls under the dash. If so I will buy an Actuator Mode LH part # 971554D000 and replace. Just wanted to get an idea where this part is located before i go digging into the dash. Thanks alot for posting this simple but very informative, for me, video.

blades are flexing, get some nail clippers and trim the corners and a little bit of the bottom edges of each blade.

Take the screen off shim it put it back

Go up at the top and check the crossbar that they are mounted on maybe there's a way to loosen the screws pull up the frame and tighten it back down.

The RV must be hitting middle age, things tend to start sagging around then.

Because the propeller is not far enough up on the shaft to avoid contact. Either move the fan higher by inserting washers between the housing and the mounts, or move the blade higher up the shaft if possible.

When you did the other posts did you just cut them off at grade?

If you don't like the looks of the metal pole next to the wooden fence, you can always paint it to match the fence, or paint if black, or place a fence picket in front of the pole. Fencing contractors tell me that if the posts are rotten, the fence itself is too. Do you have any thoughts about that?

If I leave the keys in the ignition, walk away and then remember and go back... it locks (all by itself) just as I reach for the handle.... the thing is evil.

This is THE BEST video that i have seen.... a reg guy with the same issues many of us encounter... i liked the temp post and the galvanized pipe that is off center from the exact location from where the two panels meet. Rather than try to remove my leaning post that is in a LARGE filled hole with concrete, I'll just move my post down a little, I also appreciated the DIY method of adding 2x4's as needed. It is not the perfect method, but i am not looking for perfect. I just need to find a method that will work! THANKS!
