Dropped my son's 10 year old set of SSS Zexcoils into my MIA Strat which I thought sounded pretty decent...but lacked that special magic I get from my Teles with Lollars or Fralins....and WOW!!!! I wanted to get a boutique Strat....no need....my strat now sounds like my two boutique teles. All 5 positions sound wonderful, useful, balanced...add in this tone shaping feature that I don't quite understand and it further expands it's tonal pallet. Reminds me of my Reverend and its 'bass control' knob...very versatile.

How to balance and keep each style at the same volume? because each style has high dynamic volumes for some styles and low for others.... for example, I connect my beatbuddy mini 2 directly to the soundboard... I use the ROCK style, I adjust the volume.... but when I change it to FUNK or BLUES the volume is lower and interferes with the performance when playing live... because I'm using it in bars and events with voice and guitar.

Nice Progression man. A triadic approach, focused on highlighting the extensions of these chords works really well on this one.

Great demo Camillo. Since you have such deep experience with fractal I have a question. I own an axe fx 2 xl and recently I've noticed that when the unit has been in use for awhile (i.e. 30-60min) there is a noticeable unpleasant change in tone. I'll describe it as brittle and fizzy. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the review, Camilo. I just purchased it today. My first firefly! I have a number of top name brands, but my last 3 have been bangers, and good ones at that. It apoears their latest Telle's have a slightly rounder headstock. A bit more Fender like without cooying it, outright. Its just the right off-white cream color with the Can. maple neck.
