Where was the filming locations for this film?

Good to see you. Yah, I worked for a living from time to time. Actually most times. There is honor in it as well as money. Now I walk the dog, help in the garden, do chores around the house, watch youtube, carve and polish rocks.

Do you already know who your actors are when you buy the clothes or do just hope that they fit what you've made?

I used to do things like this when I was a kid, in exactly the same spirit, just looking at random junk and trying to imagine how it would all go together. I built a lightsaber, an R2-D2, and a Star Trek console, among other things.

The best example of this to me has always been the bottle from I Dream of Jeannie. They took an old whiskey bottle and with some paint, some rhinestones, and decades of syndication yhat old empty bottle became one of the most recognized props from the Golden Age of TV.

Do you sell any of those cylinders?

Those round tins make good prop bombs, especially when you put a magnet in it so it will stick to ferrous metals standing in for whatever surface you want.

I made a lil precision sander by glueing a small disc of sandpaper to the replaceable head of an electric toothbrush. Works well.

In my home town, we have a thrift store called SAVERS, which has all kinds of junk like this. Unfortunately, they get a little out of hand, a $2 mic on Tumu would go for like $7.99. I have been unemployed now since January of 2024, so I'm like $7.99 ?!?!. So long story short, your video helps me plan out some of these ideas I get in my head. Thanks!

Bro is making props out of bedroom toys

I was just watching Adam Savage's channel doing scratch builds using hundreds of dollars' worth of styrene sheets, pro-form foam stuff, and vacuum form machines. I prefer these scratch builds that cost tens of dollars for everyday stuff and cheap model kits.
