    Very good training, but little bit TOO FAST to FOLLOW ALONG. Yoga means slow and stedy with breath.

      No. Whichever leg you take back you bring the same leg forward. So in 4th step right leg back in 10th right leg forward. In the next round the same for the left . 1st round right side next round left side.

      Yes ma. Do it slowly,romba push panama slowah konjm konjma start panunga . Only comfortable ah iruntha otherwise take some more time. Ithutha nenga first time try pana poringana eduthone suryanamaskar panama warmupla panitu then try panungan .
