I didn't know dragon flies ate spoots! Here I thought I wanted all the things in my garden next year... Spoots, lacewings, dragonflies, praying mantis... Ugh. I may have to load up on beneficial nematodes. Or just a sharkton of pesticides.

I hear I need to put those in my garden next year.

I used to be horrified of spiders. I'd see one and give it the ol shoe treatment. But then I saw a jumping spider face up close. Then I saw videos like this. I have not given the shoe treatment since and want one, but I am not ready to handle them yet. I don't like hoppy things (don't like frogs, crickets... If it's gonna hop, I really don't like it, but I won't kill it. ) I mean, I did accidentally kill a spoot when I sucked him up with the vacuum because I didn't want to touch it and was too scared still. Felt awful. Now I catch it in a bowl and scoot a lid under it and take it outside. Hell, I've had a wolf spider in my garden who has bit me because I scared her. Named her Wolfie and appreciated her very much for consuming pests.

I just love how jumping spiders are sooo adorable like idk how but they are and nun are ugly. Wish I was a jumping spider so I'd be cute. I wonder if Porsche will ever make a jumping spyder. Like shoot cuh theres already a Porsche (jumping) spider.

I love jumping spiders and have kept 3 over the years. I find that they tend to be very individual (at least with the ones I've kept), My first was a female regal who was very bold and friendly like the one showed in the video. My second I was surprised she seemed to be much more defensive and was the only jumping spider I'd ever received a threat pose from whenever I'd open her terrarium. My current is a very calm juvenile (not sure what sex yet), He's a P. Nikites and one of the most beautiful jumpers I've seen, highly recommend.
