My name is Emily Quattrocchi and in 2018 I became a paraplegic. I want to show the world that I am still capable of loving life, being happy and obtaining success because I want people who are new to having a spinal cord injury to understand they can be happy too.
My Rabbit's Carrot
This is a little video I made for one of my university assignments where I had to make a video where you could tell I was a rabbit and care that I was a rabbit.
I thought it was fun video so thought I would share!

You're so beautiful ❤️
Thanks for your video! I'm in a somewhat similar situation in that I have to walk with a rollator, so of course I have to keep both hands on the handles. Ultimately I want to attach my phone to a gimbal to a rod to a superclamp on my rollator, and your suggestions will definitely point me in the right direction! 😀
Thank you for the lessons. I have been walking on crutches for 65 years and now it's time for a wheelchair. This is a difficult time and I need to learn from you younger people. I wish you a good life

Love it!
Im a wheelchair user and ive fallen in love with photography and vodeography, but ive been looking allover for ways to mount my phone on my chair so I can be adventurous and take photos and videos when i go outdoors.
I live with chronic pain. I had a fusion 6 years ago and removing the hardware has crossed my mind. I can only have some of it removed bc they also went through my abdomen ( which they told me is permanent). I’m just scared I will do something that makes it worse. The fusion did help me but I still struggle
I also need this wheelchair
My left hand doesn't work that well . Can I use one hand when I do a wheelie
I know this is an old video but do you know how many units go into your hamstring on one side ?
I am in a wheelchair I have a disability called spina bifida I was born with and I am 38 years old. I do the wheeley thing going down slopes and hills.
Well ain't you just the Most Cutest Little Tart In The Bakery. You really are so beautiful.
Thanks so much. I am an elderly ambulant wheelchair user with a rare condition known as HSP. Does it take upper body strength or skill to do a wheelie?
that is absolutely brilliant!!!!! Never would have thought of this. Awesome job on it. Question: will the super clamp fit a tilite aero z chair, as that is what I have?
Hope all is well, Emily! Been this way for 22 years after a motorcycle accident. Stay positive, and God bless you! ❤
Love your attitude to life and your disability, you are definitely one of the most empowered and empowering person ever, and totally inspiring. I’ve spent a huge part of my life not accepting or coming to terms with my disability, in so doing, I’ve partially rejected myself and the life it’s caused me to have to a certain degree, which really isn’t good, and causes you to miss out on so much, not enjoy the life you have and not live life to the full. How I wish I’d seen your videos years ago and learned from you - you are living life to the full, you have accepted your situation and made a choice to do as much as you can with it, you do love life and yourself and your body, which is so awesome, and enables you to do and achieve awesome things. You are a magnificent role model not just to disabled people but to anyone who isn’t making the most of themselves and their life. You are truly incredible. Learning and gaining SO SO MUCH from your videos. Love and hugs 🥰
You’re totally amazing. Disabled myself, but a recent accident put me in a wheelchair - most difficult thing to use ever. Therefore have so much respect and admiration for you. Love your positivity, zest for life and optimistic spirit. You’re videos are so inspiring. Thank you for showing me a side to life I would never have known.
Hi Em - Is that a RTI Bike behind you. I though of buying one for home. I just used one in my rehab hospital for a couple of hours each week. It helped me a lot. I'm glad you like answering others questions. I asked you questions in one of your other videos. I'm also glad to hear you say "It's not bad it's just different." I feel the same way while wondering why it is. Despite all the ordinary things being more difficult. Like you I am recovering from a brain injury. I feel like the accident took many of my abilities and made it more difficult to do things that I did effortlessly before. But I think the disability made me more patient with every situation. This was one of my weakness before. I had a lot of skills, talent and knowledge that others worked very hard for but I never put them to good use because I got bored as soon as I mastered something. Then move to the next thing I don't know about. Hope you still check and maintain this channel. I hope to hear you response on botox you took for spasticity. Take care.
Hi Emily, CZcams popped your botox for spasticity video in my face as Google saw me looking for info on it. Just saw it. It reminded me of myself 10 years ago when I was an inpatient at a rehab hospital in a wheelchair. I've been pushing myself for 10 years even though I was told I would require handicap accessible house and all. I thought of buying a van like yours instead I kept pushing myself. I am still on some meds after 10 years and have pushed myself to doing everything in a regular house independently. Though slightly less compared to years ago, one thing remains consistent is the spasticity on my left leg and I can't get off of AFO/foot brace. I am told to consider the botox. My understanding is that it blocks specific muscle from firing by blocking signals from nerves thus helping with spasticity. I know it's not a permanent solution and lasts only a few weeks. I am however concerned of any side effects from the botox. I've been very unfortunate with my doctors and no doctors have given me straight answers on any questions I had. I am fairly active with some limitations but am very productive from home. I just don't want to risk what I have achieved after 10 years with botox. So my questions to you is... Did you feel any dide effects after the botox. Physical or otherwise? How often did you take the botox? Do you not need it anymore? This is the last video you uploaded to your channel. Hope all is well. Will wait for your response on my questions. Thanks.
What a beautiful young lady, your my hero hope all goes well for you, Ive asked my sergeon to remove my hardware but he has refused me for seven and a half years now but since changing sergeons it's going to happen this year sometime xx
Which part of your spine is fused?
I just had my Botox in my left leg on. Thursday
Hey Brianna, I have MS and I'm in a wheelchair, I have spasticity in my legs, does it hurt getting the injection? has it worked for you? Thanx in advance! 😊
ho you play ?? chess
Great!! 👌👩🏻🦽💯
Aussie Aussie Aussie, Oi Oi Oi!
I have severe spasticity in my leg and arm so I will be talking to my Dr. about getting some Botox injections to help improve my walking.
I am new to being in a wheelchair. Been using it less than a week I love how positive you are. So much to learn. It's hard. But I will not give up
Awww, you seem so sweet!! And honestly? That cake looks pretty fab. I'd say another positive about being in a wheelchair (if you're on the taller side) would be not having to duck under doorframes LOL. Aroha nui from NZ 💙 Edit: And you're so right, having an attitude of gratitude can really help you recontextualise your circumstances and find the silver lining.
A “got me crackin up” TV ad? This outta be good
Hi there, the biggest positive is that YOU ARE ALIVE.
Really, my friend died raising money for SCIA. You're so fake. My friend climbed mount Everest and died on the way down for SCIA. He is an amazing human; you are the one that annoys me.
I've always had so many questions for someone who is paralyzed but with the way people are these days, i just don't think i'll ever know unless it happens to me...
Hi Em, greetings from south Africa.. Truly enjoyed your video.. I am a T8 paraplegic for a year now.. So still relatively new.. Please keep excellent content like this coming.. Much appreciated..
Chefs kiss 😙🤌 spot on
Awesome!! Think I'll go out and crash my car and hope I end up paralysed right now haha. 😉 Just a joke people. My brother's in a chair after being in a car accident and ending up paralysed and the best thing about it for him is that it did happen in a car accident as TAC pays for pretty much anything he needs or wants. Becoming paralysed is never a lucky thing to have happen to you but in some weird kinda way ya could say he was lucky it happened that way or otherwise he'd probably be more less on his own financially when it comes to housing and paying for a modified hand only controlled wheelchair accessible vehicle. Keep being an inspiration young lady.👍🙂
As a fellow Aussie spinal cord injury club member and wheelchair user, you left out one of MY favourite things - NEVER being without a seat!! I think I should look into the mentoring program and see if we have one in Sydney.
I watched this video, Thinking it could improve my rocket league gameplay, It did infact not! This is clickbait! Disappointed!!
You are an impressive young lady.god bless you always
I have a 'privileged parking' permit (NSW). I just wish mobility aids were affordable.
Can't believe you licked the beater when there's raw egg in the mix 😅 daredevil
Awesome 🤙🏻
As you are young hopefully you will get some more nerve regeneration. Your such a positive person with great since of humour. The disabled community are great sports people.
you are simply amazing, I'd be grateful to have someone like you in my life. Gorgeous personality and that Smile. You're the sweetest.. The negative tools out there have only their own mental probs
I have four friends in wheelchairs they are a true inspiration
Most of this felt like you were taking the micky out of disability even though you are disabled yourself. Quite disgusting.
I can't walk but i dont qualify for a wheelchair and we cant afford to buy it ourselves but i really enjoy watching other disabled people having lots of freedom in their wheelchairs, I hope the world becomes more accessible so I can join in on the fun but until then I hope you have enough fun for people who cant.
Dang
Number 11, you always have a seat.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊
damn! that cake looks goooood! best of luck with everything you try your luck at :)
Aussie, Aussie, Oi, Oi, Oi! Go girl! ( Even if you are in Melbourne ). I am sat in wheelchair, and the best thing I can think of, is when I'm knackered, and in a crowded environment, I can ask my carer Brother, Chris, to push me, and he does. That is when I get even, as I used to be the breadwinner .
I'm not gonna BS you and say this didn't make me feel somewhat sorry for you, but it wasn't about the injuries, it was for the life that could have been which was robbed from you. I sit here thinking if this amazing girl can be this strong with what she faces everyday, what might she have done in life if the accident never happened, already you've accomplished more than so many others. If anyone deserves a Miracle, it's you. And I truly mean that, I'm not just saying it because you are disabled.
