You're a life saver!
My pleasure!
Did ten rounds with the F@$%ing thing before you saved me😂😂😂 cheers mate 🍻🍻🍻🍻
Ha ha! Go forth and camp in peace!
It appears to be quite a large spread out area.
It is huge and is one our favourites! Great place to stop if your going past.
Thank youuuu!!
Buttons crossing is the best for fishing and camping in knx
Ha! I was literally just recommending Buttons Crossing to a mate who is heading up that way!
My backyard 😊
Just bought one of these, i could not understand the simple instructions så thank you very mutch.
My pleasure. I couldn't work it out either, till i was shown!
Thanks so much! Have had 2 of these sitting against the wall in my garage for years out of their bags due to my inability to fold them up to fit. I used to just stuff them in the car any which way. This afternoon I have put both of them in their bags ready for another camping trip. Your video was the only one I could follow logically and has saved me from buying yet another shower tent, that uses different tech to set up and collapse😀🚿⛺🏕
Ohh that's great to read, you've made my day! When you know how to fold them up they pack away really well and are actually a great little piece of kit. We still use ours!
Omg you saved the coronor from taking my body dur to stress. Got it on the 3rd try 😭🙏🏾🙏🏾
YES! Never give up, never surrender! Together we will defeat the forces of the Difficult Design Department
You saved me from embarrassment on my upcoming school camp- the students would have laughed at me big time!
Good on you Sharon, Prior Preperation Prevents P!ss Poor Performance!
Thank you
Glad I could help!
So helpful. Thanks!
You're a life saver!!
Is the track open?
Hi Kaye, It should be open now as it only closes during winter. But best to check by calling them on (08) 98400400 cheers Gary
Looks like a nice job however you have created a curved floor. Why not use the bracing from left to right side and create a flat base for a flat floor ? It would have required less Aluminium and about the same amount of work imo.
G'day, yeah I actually did that when i first bought the boat, and the flat floor is good but it needed 12mm marine ply to handle the gap between the bracing and as it's a roof topper it became too heavy. So I changed to the curved floor which only uses 6mm marine ply. The hull still weighs 120kg though. Cheers.
@@TheCampersAtlas ok fair enough, I can totally understand you doing that to keep the weight down for car topping.
Thank you, saved potentially a huge argument 😂
My pleasure
Great instructions - thanks so much for sharing - these are spot on.
My pleasure!
That Spinifex one has a built in floor that is underrated. If you're using it for a toilet the bugs don't get in as much as the clip in floor ones. Ours is almost ready to retire and I've been looking for another built in floor one without luck.
OMG Thats so funny, we still use that same tent when we go away without the caravan and it's well past it's useby date, but we can't find one with a floor built in! Please let me know if you find one. They keep out snakes too! Cheers Gary
Thank you!!!
Your most welcome. Go forth and camp!
You have no idea how helpful this video is. Those diagram instructions make no sense lol
Onya Dingus! From the amount of comments on this video, I'm starting to get an idea of how helpful it is. I had no idea at the time though!
Nope, didn't work
Don't throw it out just yet..... 1. Try pulling out the corner you have pushed in and push in the next corner (not the opposite corner). Also a big one is, sometimes the thin metal flat bar sewn into each corner gets twisted and isn't sitting flat inside the fabric. 2. Run your fingers up and down each corner and make sure they are all flat with no twists. And 3. If that fails try holding and folding over the opposite end to how I described. ie: Hold the top end and bend the bottom end over then left over and right over, and fold down. Good luck. If all else fails make a bonfire out of it and proceed to get thoroughly drunk! Cheers Gaz
I tried and I tried and I cried! I then did it upside-down and back to front - from the top (not the base), right hand over, left hand over, fold. Easy, did it again, and did it again!😊
Wow from the top! That's different, what ever works! Happy camping.
😮
Thank you. Life Saver! Very different from the actual instructions that came with the product which could not possibly work
Thank God for CZcams. Can fix anything!
You just gave me the idea that the same tall shower tent standing could be laid on it's side to become a small one person tent. You might need an extra pole and a bit of fabric to velcro to the cabana's bottom.
Interesting idea... It would work ok but only if it wasn't going to rain. It wouldn't hold or shed off water and would end up collapsing.
This video may be 7 years old, but it just saved my head from exploding with rage! Thank you for salvaging my sanity!
You're very welcome!
Thanks from North Carolina, the manufacturer didn’t bother with folding instructions on mine.
G'day from Australia! They come with absolutely no instructions, and you could spend a day trying to figure out how to fold it and still not work it out!
Thanks mate. I was struggling and did it first go after your video 😊
YES! I love it!
Thanks from 🇨🇦
😀
Wish I’d have watched this before snapping mine and chucking it in the bin
I feel your pain.....
Thank you!! I'm someone that doesn't have anyone to ask how to do things like this!
My pleasure Lyla keep enjoying the great outdoors!
Thanks needed this after Bonnaroo 😂
Onya mate hope you had a great time at the festival!
How do you find the stability of these?
Very happy with the stability and especially the high sides.
This video just made me more confused
Ok, it's really not that hard. Just watch the video with the shower tent at the ready, and pause it at each main step and practice. You'll thank me later!
Good on you mate☘️
No worries James, go forth and camp!
Thanks 👍
Funny how people never show the bottoms of their biscuits, or scones for that matter. Lol
Sshhhh
You bloody ripper ,,,,,,a big thankyou to you my friend
Awesome I love it!
Do you have to have a 4WD to access there or could a hatch do it slowly with a good driver
Hey Clinton, yes you could do it in a hatchback if your'e careful and pick your lines. The main tracks in are fine but it can get a little lumpy around the edges of the dam where the campsites are. Take a walk first and pick a spot once your'e close. It's a great spot.
Thanks a lot buddy!, I've been trying it for 30min, after your video, it took me less than a minute!
Awesome! Glad to hear.
Thank you 😊
Ha ha another happy customer! Your'e most welcome.
Good Video mate!!!!
Thanks Adam it's been a great little boat!
What did the weight end up? It's an excellent biuld.. Have you tried it out?
G'day mate, yep it works really well and have used it a few times in National parks where you need to have one. It weighs 10kgs. Cheers Gary
This is the best instructional video I have seen on this technique. Thanks for sharing👍
Thanks mate!
Excellent video..
thank you :-) great easy vid. Tried for a couple of weeks to fold this up..Happy days
Ha ha awesome! Enjoy.
Thank you, always a pain for me. You made it look easy, will try!!!
Good on you Kay, give it a go!
Thanks for the tour, found very helpful
Your most welcome
Yes a great spot, especially when you have it to yourself. Glad you found it and enjoyed it. We will have to meet you there sometime.👍
You bet!
