That's the exhaust side of the turbo... That's always going to be rusty... It's just like if you leave your car out in the rain and you see rust on your disc brakes the next day...

Can I measure what came out and add this entire amount through the fill plug under the air box. I never seen a video where more than 2 quarts are added from the top under the air box. Thank you.
