Have you ever tried fixing those kings BBQ?? . You cut it into steaks around a 1”- 1 1/2” thick . You can bake or grill them. I like to grill the best . It does not take very much BBQ sauce just brush what you want on both sides . You talking about something that is great tasting. Keep the bone in it . Also you can sprinkle a little garlic on it also. You try it an you will not eat another king any other way i promise you . Good luck an have fun . Thanks
