She does need a bigger litter box because she going to become way bigger because they need to turn around 360 degrees I hope this helps

That is a really bad litter box I know it’s for a little but that grids are going to hurt her paws because there feet is just basically bone and fur so there is no padding and if the rabbit doesn’t have a nice surface she could get a infection thing btw

great video! Thanks for sharing so thoroughly. I'll be getting a Netherland Dwarf bunny next month. He/she has been a show bunny for some time and now they're looking for a home for them. I'm wondering, have you had any issues with her teeth root sprouting into her nasal passage? Heard that can be a common issue with this breed.

I would recommend a clear paneled bunny playpen instead of the one with the holes also I really recommend to put a blanket or mat on the bottom of the cage and you also can take off the top or the cage and use that as her home base and use the bottom as a litter box! Also I love you’re accent and she is adorable ❤😊

U should use a litter "tray" instead of a litter box bc litter tray tends to be lower box so netherlqnd dwarfs or js small bunnys can get in litter tray!

With my bunny she’s a dwarf and I usually feed her once a day but she will climb all over me and be desperate for attention if she’s really hungry so I kind of just give her one feed and see how she goes

I did breed and show Netherland Dwarfs for about three years and they were honestly very sweet and super affectionate. Yes, Netherland Dwarfs are generally highly energetic especially as babies and teenagers. They call Netherland dwarfs mean rabbits because the early ones actually were closer to the Polish rabbit attitude. Please don’t get a Polish rabbit as a first time pet as they are recommended for experienced rabbit handlers due to some of the breeds natural aggression.

I use the breeder celect cat litter is recycled paper and it’s like £14 for 10L lasts ages and and my bun dosnt mind it

We used 3ft high hardboard to cover the wall/skirting boards, positioning heavy items/furniture at intervals to hold it upright safely. It's easy to wipe and cheap to replace if it gets chewed. I believe you can also get plastic clip together panels ( like your play pen but solid ) these days and cord protectors. We used a non slip vinyl flooring offcut for the pen base with small mats here and there - easy to wipe floor clean and wash mats in bath. 'Bunny boudoir' was a folded fleece on the floor and another draped and tied across the corner of the pen like a curtain for privacy. I always put some hay on the bedding fleece to give sth to chew on in bed instead of the fleeces ! Maybe consider cardboard boxes/woven baskets filled with paper as chewy toys when free roaming ? Mine liked to shred paper. My Nethie boy was super chewy and never got fully litter trained, even after neutering 🤷‍♀ He was adorable none the less 🥰

Hi I'm just here in the comment to give you a little advice. I am pretty experienced with rabbits and I have a few tips. First I think you should ditch the home base cage soon bc it is small for a rabbit even for a home base and maybe substitute it for something like an x-pen or completely free roam. I also think that you should trash that litter box, rabbits need a better littler box than that without a grid like that on it and it needs to be a lot bigger. Last thing is I think you should give a lot more hay. I am not hating at all and I am just trying to share a few tips you seem like a very nice person.❤
