I’ve struggled to get the right temperature,when decarbing. I made one batch that kicked my butt…. Don’t remember the temp… but I’ve been chasing that ever since. Tried low and slow.. @170.. then tried 250 for 20… I’ve tried a bunch of temps… no luck since that last one. So frustrating….. to know you got it right once!

what would you recommend as a method to extract the scent of nastursium? It has a beautiful scent and I wonder if it can be captured.. I have never found a nasturtium essential oil in the market.

Hmmm.. you want to decarboxylate before smoking? No, no...not necessary if you smoke it. The heat from smoking automatically decarboxylates it.

Don't know how you got your slow cooker to maintain 100 degrees. That is barely body temperature. Most slow cookers range between 164 degrees to 182 degrees on the low setting.

Keep in mind there’s no need to do this process when only smoking cannabis after harvest or anytime. The flame or heat source you used to convert into smoke or vaporize the cannabinoids insufficient decarboxylating the cannabis, as has been proven by many who have plucked a sticky NUG from a plant sometime in their life. “Let it dry, you’ll get high.” Great video though.

I planted nasturtiums as a companion plant in my polytunnel for my tomatoes, wow the nasturtiums took over, I could barely get in the tunnel.
