RC Ocean Liner SS Kronprinzessin Cecilie Model Maiden Voyage
zhlédnutí 312Před 9 měsíci
This is a fully scratch-built model I have been working on since early May of this year. it's supposed to represent an old German ocean liner from 1906 called the SS Kronprinzessin Cecilie. It's the first time I've been able to get it out on the water, and it's performed very well so far! There's still much work to be done in terms of painting and detail work, but it's definitely getting there!...

Titanic Submersible Model Sinks and Splits - Titanic's 110th Aniversary

RMS Titanic was a British passenger liner, operated by the White Star Line, which sank in the North Atlantic Ocean on 15 April 1912 after striking an iceberg during her maiden voyage from Southampton, UK, to New York City. Of the estimated 2,224 passengers and crew aboard, more than 1,500 died, which made the sinking possibly one of the deadliest for a single ship up to that time. It remains to...

I've been experimenting with aluminum foil cars recently, and I wanted to replicate the car body being crushed and bent after it lands, just like in the Dukes of hazzard! I think the result looks great so far! I know most of you want to see more army men related content, and I hope I can start making more soon. No promises though..... I haven't gotten any new army men to review, and I am too bu...

I had this set... terrific toy, if you had a lot more soldiers to go with it (sold separately of course)
You should look at the German infantry BMC toys.
I've got some, a review will come eventually!
Awesome! How did you make it do that?
Awesome set, thanks for presenting! Unfortunately, you can't find the set anywhere to buy it.
Cool bunker
The last company to sell battleground play set was PAC Phoenix toys Mego had a beautiful art box which replaced this picture box shown here and PAC just put their logo on the box. Some of the contents changed in their battleground play set.
Sympa les soldats👍,pause multiples, les détails sont très bien, une fois qu'il seront peint il seront encore plus beau 👏,ils seront parfaits dans un diorama d day 💥
Outstanding vídeo!
The German bazooka was copied after a captured American one. Called the Panzershreck. 88mm rocket. Very deadly to allied tanks.
Oh this takes me right back.... I had this set!
A lot of people have mentioned Marx figurines on their videos, these look really nice!
Um, what set is this?
How did he modify it?
I put a couple pennies in the bow section - about 5-6. This makes it so the ship can sink more by the head and let the stern come out of the water more before it splits.
Thanks
My problem with CTS is that, years ago, they started moving in the direction of models rather than toys. You can see this in his German vehicles, for instance, which are made of stiff, model-type plastic rather than soft "unbreakable" plastic. I don't like that. I also don't like his figures for the same reason. Sure, the G.I.'s you show are nicely detailed and realistic, but they are MODEL soldiers more than toy soldiers in my opinion----and too expensive, just like his vehicles. I'd much rather stick with Timmee, which, in my opinion, is doing the same sort of true TOY soldiers like Marx produced back in the 1960's. INEXPENSIVE figures and vehicles made of soft plastic, which are nevertheless good quality.
I wish they made the jeep, the half-track, and the tank bigger.
They did. The Half track in the training sets is of a larger scale , the tank is #41 here, but they made a larger version its numbered #51 and has a .50 cal atop it. The Jeep also was of a larger scale in other sets like the training base, daktari etc. I think the big concern was fitting it all inside the smaller boxes.
I used to admire this set in the 1962 Montgomery Ward Christmas catalog.
can they scale well with the airfix troops ?
I had this very set when I was a kid. I loved it. Wish I still had it.
50 cal. did not have pistol grip and was always with a gun tripod.
My comments not criticizing BMC soldiers I think they did very good mold of WWII soldiers. I noticed the details of infantry soldier because my father was a WWII and Korean veteran and I'm a retired army veteran twenty seven years myself so forgive me for being prone to detail of american soldier.

Shovel was issued to every soldier so why do not all of these soldiers don't have one what they lost theirs. ?
WWII bazooka man had a ammo bearer and a third support man now depends on the sitrep you would have infantry support for protection.
Grease gun simple stamp pressed weapon cheap to manufacture but when the cover is open it is ready to fire close it is on safe will not fire. 45 cal. like the Thompson machine gun.

I've spent more than £3500 at BMC toys over the past 4 years!!!! I have a big collection of army men including all the colours of the rainbow.
Make a video about your collection
When are you going to do the next how to make army man video?
How did you do this?
People please obey God's Ten Commandments otherwise you will be judged soon as well😢
Hello. I came across your channel, looking for information about little soldiers, and these figures in your video have incredible detail. Especially the one with the flame thrower and the one calling on the radio. I also do my reviews of 1/32 medieval and Western figures generally, but I started with the WW2 line and similar now. There is much to learn. I subscribed and of course, the best compensation for other people's efforts, my like and comment. All the best.
I wish they would make 1/72 scale!
Nice upload, miss you
Nice review
Um you might made mistake you uploaded this 2 times
You're right, the video quality was too poor on the first video for some reason. This time, it's all fixed

Not M1 carbines but M14 battle rifles.
I had an almost identical set from about '63 or '64, the castings were a bit crisper at the time (if I'm remembering correctly) , and the American stuff was a darker, flatter green. It did not have the 88. Most likely Xmas from either Sears or Penneys. Many hours spent assaulting the German lines! Thanks for sharing.
IT EVEN FLOATS?!
My dad both carbine and M-1 in Korea 1950-1952
That second soldier running and leaning forward is NOT carrying a Luger. It's actually a "Broomhandle Mauser", an automatic pistol that was a favorite of Winston Churchill. You can see photos of it online and there are CZcams videos of it firing on full auto like a machine gun. It was what the Germans called a "Machine Pistol".
Thanks for the info! I often mess up on the names of some army men weapons.
I think it's a good time to show my Louis Marx army men collection, nice video as always!!! 🪖🪖🪖
How to do it easier:cut off the top thingie of the milk carton and flip it on its side and cut the top off then cut a door where the top thing was and then customize
