Is it possible to add in Snagit on Windows 11 the setting like on Macos "Keep a duplicate editable capture when saving" to can toggle this function just when we need it?

I use both macOS and Windows 11. One downside of using macOS is that, when I edit a collage of multiple screenshots layered on top of each other in a canvas, I am unable to add a callout or any other element and resize it over the added screenshot in the collage in the canvas. When I try to do this, it automatically selects the screenshot instead of allowing me to drag something on top of it, as is possible in Windows. The only way I can do this in macOS is by dragging from the favorites window and then resizing the callout in the canvas. Is there any workaround for that? Thank you very much

I had installed snagit 2023 and snagit 12, I consulted techmith and they told me I can safely delete the old version. So I did. Now , I cannot longer capture videos.

So the issue I have on my mac book pro is it is asking for authorization to allow the record System Audio. It says Authorization Required. The system audio plugin is installed but not authorized. Please enable the plugin in System Preferences >Security & Privacy. When I select Screen & System Audio Recording Snagit 2020 is authorized. Am I missing something?

Do you know how I turn on my system audio recording? It's got a question mark next to it and it's gray's out. I follow the prompts when I click on the quesiton mark and it says..The system audio plugin is installed but not authorized. I go to my to that location and don't see how I can authorize the plugins they are not there on my version of Sonoma on my mac? Could you please tell me how to do this on the mac version of Sonoma?

They should just be honest and say they are afraid how leaving the office will effect property prices in cities. There are bound to be major economic ramifications if/when people shift to work from home as the norm, but blaming "work culture" is just bullshit.

You were sent home by the government, not your employer, to be safe from a disease until most of the danger had passed. You weren't sent home to stay there. Getting back to normal isn't a bad thing.

Losing 2 extra hours of my day and waking up earlier makes me SO much more productive... I do like seeing the people I work with face to face sometimes, the chit chat, knowing people personally, but if I could CHOOSE? WFH, all the time, or come in once a month.

I know for a fact people who don't come into the office are missing out. Nobody is trying to cut them off, but they are cutting themselves off by not coming in. There are just conversations that come up in person that don't come up on zoom, and sometimes it leads to really valuable insights.

The reason to get people back in the office is simple: Working from home is making it too obvious that a lot of managers aren't actually doing anything important.

Imagine if people who produced things of substance in society, carpenters plumbers welders cashiers bakers etc. All decided they should work from home too. Going to sit in an office answering pointless emails is such hard work. I’m sure they can answer far more emails from home or the beach.

What a load. This woman is generalizing to the max. 'Some' people have the skill set, focus, discipline and most importantly, job, to be able to work remotely. However, many do not. In my small business its about 10% of the workforce that I will allow to work remote. The others can choose to work in the office, 'or' work for someone else.

Huge corporations such as Microsoft or Amazon were creating huge corporate complex (Microsoft) or had just completed theirs (Amazon) spending billions and then had to make it look to the shareholders it was better to have workers at the office instead of exposing how incompetent the executive folks really are.

It is hard to micromanage people and make them miserable if they are not in the office and work from home.

Bs. Its about control and preventing one from working two jobs. Period!

In my personal experience the only work suffering is that of my supervisor who can't seem to stay on top of our chat messages and can't pass out paper copies of procedure additions and changes that happen frequently. The rest of us are performing great.
