Thats why the corner 3 is the easiest shot in the game because its most of the time a wide open set shot i think jimmy defeated his own purpose with that one.

Only reason I don’t like curry era is because it’s like 5 years after Lebron era 😭 we could have gotten real content playing with rookie Kareem or Wilt

They should make it so you can jump into any year, and have trades and free agent signings happen as they did in real life. Only thing that changes is games you personally interfere with. The season would play out-as it did in real life, but with the stats preloaded. It’d be a start from today but any day, any year. The more you interact the bigger the changes league wide. The biggest challenge would be to make the draft picks go to the same teams they were originally picked by, regardless of differences in record. Or, to make it simple, each historic season could just be a separate level to complete. The other thing is… why don’t they have all historic draft classes from 1947 on? Is it too much to make a rookie Wilt or Russell?

Curry Era is "cool" and all but lets be honest, it should have started the year LeBron went back to the Cavs instead of when KD jumped ship. Miami rebuilds gonna be real nice though.

Where is socialist in mygm?

I think they need to refresh some of the dialogue before release… eg “Exactemundo” I hope the team at 2K realise that using this kind of dialogue only takes ‘away’ from the realism they are trying to create. Grateful that we have dialogue back, but yeah, it needs an update before launch.

Happy about the inclusion of a new MyGM on PS5. It’s been horrible the past few years for new gen users who are all about MyGM and realism. I’m optimistic about this change, and I hope that people will give it a chance. MyGM was the original game mode everyone played (before Micro Transactions). For people who love the NBA it’s an opportunity to play a more reality based experience. We’ll have to wait and see how in depth it is and if the Head Office and Staff Appearance changes depending on what ERA you choose to play in, but I’m optimistic for the first time in a while that MyGM will be playable, and an enjoyable experience. No extra expense too, which is great (unlike other game modes in 2K that take your money leaving you nothing to show for it at the end of each year).

You can create a fun experience in mynba but you have to be really creative with it, base mynba is kinda eh. I went back to 2k17 MyLeague and had the time of my life because it was actually challenging and fun

I mean GSW era basically went from 2012 to 2022 4 championships and 5 finals is pretty good.

We really knew not much was gonna change other than a new era. Curry era is a good edition, hopefully this means there won't be random jerseys missing now. For example, Nets going from NJ Nets the first yr of lebron era, rebranding to brooklyn after one season but having brooklyns 2024 kits. Or the same with the Jazz not getting jerseys after those blue deron williams ones. The most important thing this year is gameplay, cuz I barely played 24 as the gameplay was so much worse than 23. Especially for someone who plays with player lock on MyNba.

is it jus me or to make eras perfect why not make it we can choose any year to start in and have the teams rosters players rookies and draft classes for that year

They don’t gaf bout one of the best game modes MyNba, they just throw in one or two things and call it a day! Just bc it doesn’t make them money. This the only game mode that keeps their game playable after the first month

I appreciate the defense in last year but getting a 40% contest from a guy 10 feet to my right is horseshit, but if im hands in face and its open thats crazy it was the biggest L otherwise 24 wouldve been a decent game

The biggest thing would've been allowong pc to share roster files with the consoles even without crossplay. Because rosters on PC are so much faster to make that modders could've made many accurate rosters for different years.
