Who makes your yellow jacket? I really like it.
Hey I have one of these! Or rather, my wife Sarah has one. She just uploaded a video to my channel showing it off. Please ignore her when she says stuff about me kidnapping her and locking her in my film cooler. All lies!
Hello I have a 2 negative 35mm films That I want to develop and scan it Can I send it to you or do yo recommend me where??
Good to know! Thanks!
Yes, more please, love the one near the end, of the star trails with car headlights!, proves to everyone, you don't always have to use 35mm Dslr's to do it!!
great camera willem but please put it in a foamed case, or in a protective drawer as these beasts are RARE, esp. the shuttered lenses (not made anymore), field cameras esp. so, as any knock can ding it, and get the movement out of square, or jam it !, so take care of what you have, and it will last a lifetime.
What kind of camera are you using?
More 4x5 would be great. And I think you should do some ra-4 prints from these too.
What is a cheap alternative for cinestill 800t?
Does this work for medium film
@8.40 if these 'no composition' photos become en vogue, my photos might finally become good!
Does it work with mamiya m645 super? Or it doesn't sync?
I have so many cameras, but my favorites are the Canon T50, the Pentax K1000, and the Nikon FM2N. Classics. Holgas are dope as well, and any medium format you can afford.
The Porsche looks so small compared to the Honda.
Love these kinda videos, yes. Thanks
so you talk and show examples (pictures) what an idea? I am inspired ! Great teaching video. Chance Eye And camera in that order.
0:15, just realised my man used film for that shot, dedication right there.
I can just use a sous vide machine instead of this cinestill, no?
13:10...I had a 1951 Chevrolet exactly like this one, same color. I dream about this car from time to time and the dreams look like this picture. Creepy..
Love this Video. Cheers and Greetings from Germany. Thank You for making my evening 👍
The Volvo to Porsche pipeline is real! This is the next car I want to get and I’ve wanted it a while. S60R/V70 and Porsche 911 is the two car solution.
D
Wait till he finds about aerochrome
Remember those RB67s are quite a few years old (introduced in the 1970s) and will need their light seals replaced. Also the rotating back will require cleaning, perhaps that is why the rotating back seems stiff. Some rubbing alcohol in the rotating part and then working it for a bit will loosen it up. A spot of sewing machine oil will help. I must stress that one should NOT over lubricate any of the mechanics. I have had my RB67 since the late 1970s and still works flawlessly. Being mechanically simple one can easily do all the maintenance and repair. Enjoy the camera, it is practically indestructible.
Willem film grandaddy verbeek! Gotta say thanks man, this vid turned me onto the XA series when I first saw it and now I am finally starting to make work I like with it. All culminating in me finally starting to chase my film youtuber dream. Just posted my first vid with the XA today. It's all been inspired by people like you, shoot film like a boss, grainydays, mcdougal, analog resurgence, and too many others who've paved the way for me to think this could be more than a pipe dream. Thanks for being you man! Stay blessed!
William, I really enjoy your style in presentation on both your channels. Regarding your observation on long exposures revealing a different perspective than the human eye, look at some astrophotography channels. Trevor Jones’s Astrobackyard has a similar relaxed yet informative style. It would be really interesting to see the two of you collaborate on a project.
Incredible.
Very nice 👍
f45 at 1/30 really goes to show how bright it gets here!!
3:17 I love that photo!!!! Damn near perfect IMHO
Thugs
I love the night photos. They are amazing.
Hurrah!! Finally someone can pronounce "Hasselblad" properly! I get so peeved by Merrikun perversion.
There goes willem absolutely at it again making incredible long term work
what a dream
Respected sir I love you From Namitha aromal
Yes please! I wouldn't mind more photobook-talk
You look like Martin Odegaard but with your hair down.
Watching this to remind myself why I’ll never do film photography
YES! More 4 x 5 please!
we want to see them in museum or artmiami in 3x5meters large. you are a fineartist, not a photographer. make the next step.
Scanning negatives and prints give very different results.
I just kept being distracted by the cat 😂 so cute
🤨 3:16 that's a piece of shit photo. and the rest that follows is not that good to justify 407K subs... wtf... 5:50 and 6:09 the fuck are those? you talking about it was worthy... no bro it wasn't. you call that "perfect motion blur"?
Idk if this happens much, but I was a bit surprised to find out "the Volvo V70 rebuild guy" has a successful photography channel with way more subs ahaha - had no idea about this channel! Congrats on getting the Porsche, and thanks for sharing a lovely video with us
Coming back 6 days later to watch this video again! So good, keep up the great work!
Beautiful shots and very enjoyable to watch
So cool
We need more 4x5! Loved the latter shots, especially the one at the gas station
the two last photos are crazy good, thanks for another video king
