Looking forward to seeing the gallery wall, I just wanted to let you know that the second picture you showed with the blue is antique and I believe is a print or lithograph of a design for interior columns which would have been in a grand house, it’s likely victorian. I would definitely buy it for my house, so maybe you could sell it to someone who loves the picture or just sell the picture if you still want the frame as it’s a lovely example of design history. Also you are ever so lovely and I wish you allllll the best 💕🥰

I did do the white glove delivery and it was 1000% worth it. When I watched them assemble it, it didn't look that bad but they are the professionals. But it was a breath of fresh air to have them come in and get it done

It’s expensive because 1 one it’s next door to Manhattan like literally in most areas you live minutes away and 2 two, because of gentrification and yes that’s a real thing. 3 Three, most areas are extremely quiet at night. I loved living in the Bronx during my childhood in the 90’s loved it although it was bittersweet but I loved it.

Stabilized is great especially for the long haul. Many landlords now dont want to deal directly with prospective tenants. When renting if the lanlord works through a broker youll have to pay the fee.

The Bronx is not too bad. It really depends where in the Bronx you live but I spent a majority of my life in the Bronx and I’m here lol
