In this Video Documentation I would like to show you how i cut a Peridot Test Stone with a lot of wonderful Ludwigite Needle Inclusions, to check their Influence in the finished Gemstone. I use the big Peridot Crystal i found in a shop in Idar Oberstein. This Crystal has a layer or plane of hundreds or thousands of tiny white Inclusions. I was able to saw the Crystal in to two pieces one big piece and the small one, which allowed me to create a Test Stone before cutting the big one. The Result is a wonderful Gemstone in a pretty cool Design from an Italian Designer. In a later Video i will show you how i cut and polish the big Piece into a wonderful Gemstone.
