I do simple background, not real items. Think about the pony express. When the telegraph was extended to the west coast, the pony express died. I am just future proofing my hobby. Also, what I create in AI cannot be photographed. I've been selling computer generated illustrations gor over a decade.

@@JasonYoder Thanks. I read some time from Reedit someone who said the Adobe that this was one of the requirements for them to accept our photos/videos faster. I don't know if this is true. Why do you think they are taking too long to accept IA photos/videos that were once accepted in less than a day and now it takes a few weeks?

The time varies. More than likely it is due more because of a greater number of submissions. I have the same problem. Just be patient.

Anywhere from a few hours to 2 weeks. They have taken about 2 to 3 days this past week.

Hey TC. Thanks for watching. In hindsight, you are right. I should have used an image around ISO 5000. For me, I did not like the noise that I could see on my screen that was interfering with the smooth backgroud. IT may not be as noticeable over a compressed CZcams file. I've been shooting under darker conditions at higher ISO and I am blown away at the detail recovery that I get with the AI denoise. Maybe I will do an update under darker conditions. Take care.

When I prep my images for sale, I divide them into different folders that are dated so I know when to upload them.

If you are referring to not make any sales, that is normal. I have nearly 4000 photos on Shutterstock yet last month, I only sold 41 images. There are a lot of factors that go into "if" you make a sale or not. First of all, you need to title and keyword your photos and illustrations properly. That way they can be searched for by prospective customers. You also need to have photos and illustrations that people are looking for. I would say that at least 3,000 of my photos on Shutterstock have never sold. In your Shutterstock contributor account, look on the left and click "Insights". Select "Content Briefs". These are the photos that Shutterstock is looking for. Use the Content Briefs as a guide. I hope this helped.

Yes and no. The shadow slider would be a global effect. When used with masking, you can do local adjustments to maintain better control of the overall photo.

I do not do editorial. I know that a lot of people do but I am not around any newsworthy events. Right now I am relaxing by my campsite, drinking coffee, and filming elk. I enjoy this type of stock photography.

Adobe is my #1 agency. With that said, a different agency may be your #1. It all depends on how to title, describe, and keyword your photos along with what the clients of a stock agency are looking for. Adobe does have some of the best commissions in the industry. I hope this helps.

My idea was for my images as editorials in Shutterstock and thought that if I could sell them I would receive more money because they were editorial as I received for selling an image for 10 pences it made me wonder if it would be worth continuing there. These same images also pus in Adobe Stock but many are still in review, but so far I have not sold any. What I can sell in Adobe Stock are images generated by AI

Yes. They do accept AI images. With that in mind, think of what you see being used in advertisements. Put what you see into words and see what an AI dreams of.

Walter, I just checked Google Earth and maps. Here are the coordinates to plug into Google maps: 48.999123, -100.349770 . The nearest home on the Canadian side is 143 feet away. The Canadian border is 79 ft from those coordinates. I am uploading a photo to the “community” page on my channel. You can clearly see the Canadian boarder and the homes. Remember, I was there in the fall. The foliage most likely was not as thick as it is this time of the year in spring. After a few years, there is also the possibility that plants have grown. Also, check at 3:48 in the video, you will see the homes on the Canadian side in the background. I completely agree with you on the bugs. As for the bears, there is never a guarantee that you will see them. This site has black bears listed as wildlife that is present at the park. @@JasonYoder Awesome! I make photo's and video's for a living right now but love to shoot on random locations on the way to the jobs to give it for free or indeed some cents per photo. The photo's are already paid and love to put out my name out there instead of posting it on insta which crops it to 720 pixels and making it sharp like a knife if I don't put the contrast down by 80% for instagram only.
