@@WalkingMoments I use 98% jiaogulan extract, there's such a supplement on amazon with 200mg capsules. I use it for dopamine and theres studies saying it regenerates dopamine neurons. It seems to work extremely good for this. It's impressive - if it was native to europe or america then it would definitely be more popular in these areas

Did you remove and toss away the outer bark? I just did my first harvest of my one and only plant. My roots seems like 1/2 thick with bark and the rest a white center. Is the medicinal quality only in the white part? thanks

How about making them more accessible closer to the ground I think I am capable of doing that wouldn't make a big difference to have an apiary where you may have 10 or more hives right on the ground where you don't have to climb such a height I wonder where you from and how is he would be to come over there and assist with this situation I work with apis medifera and also native bees from South America bees without stinger

Does this plant turns leaves red in autumn, as i have them so much and they are so invasive, that i have to tier them down from my fruit trees and bushes every year, as i didn't know that they have some health benefits. But they look very beatiful in autumn as a fence.
