Hello! I'm Advancer64, although you can just call me Josh. 99% of my content is about the game Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent. I play the Japanese version of the game so be warned that there will be content spoilers in my videos about future content coming to the English version. If you don't want video recommendations from me please select "Don't suggest videos from this channel". Adjust Difficulty Battles/Warrior EX2/Skins! - JP Ver. Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent
New Wave Battles have been added and they're actually really interesting because you can add restrictions and difficulty increases to make the battles harder for more rewards! And one of the rewards is a new character skin for Richard! They've also added 6 star upgrades for Joshua and Molrusso, so I did the Warrior EX2 fight as well. And soon I'll have another video out putting for Tiziano and Dolcinaea. I hope you'll look forward to it! :)

Hujheb is a new limited hunter, and he gives others bow follow up attacks, which as we've seen so far are pretty strong. He can give himself a Solon Ult. which is very good with his 900 100 power EX Skill. I got some lucky pulls while trying to get him. They also added Yunnie's and Gertrude's 6 star upgrades that you need to beat the new EX2 job tower refights. Hujheb definitely made the hunter...

Osvald is finally here, completely the Octopath 2 playable character roster! I really like Osvald, and he's really strong here. Imagine all of your attacks just get a basically unconditional extra 230 power and extra hit (and some even get an extra 690 power and 3 extra hits). Very strong. Two of my favourite characters from Octopath 2 are in this game for New Year's! Magnolia from Bravely Second has been added to CotC in the Bravely Default part 2 collab! She's a super strong spear damage dealer all thanks to her 7 hit and 100% power up at max boost. Nah just personal preference. I like to have the full animation play out if it's a 5 star character. And I just never skip. I don't want to miss any 4.5 new characters for example.

Great video. I like the new format especially with describing the fight and the strategy behind it. You could put text for characters kit so it will be easier to understand and comment about it, how it works and why it's good/bad. Those are some of my suggestions and congrats for getting shana and the spook 🎉

No definitely not. It's just a help.
I'm thinking more of just doing my normal video type where I put text into it and almost none over the battles or anything and just voice those sections instead rather than voicing a lot over the battles. I may try that next time if some people aren't a fan of this.
I prefer reading, especially when you’re going over details of kit.
On one hand, it's funny that Orsasantos is much easier than Saint Sazantos. On the other hand, considering that you need to do both fights back-to-back in the main story, I definitely appreciate the game giving you a bit of a breather for the second fight after the nightmare that is Saint Sazantos

I avoided mentioning it for spoiler reasons. It also didn't have any refights yet.
How did u raise the max damage cap to above 400k?
I had the 200 elemental attack 100K damage cap artifact accessory on, used Solon's Ult for 50K, 30K from the 6 star class board, 20K from Nier's break support skill and another 20K from Solon's, and 85K from Emil's weapon. That adds up to the 405K I had. I should've done Emil's Ult. for another 45K, though. I didn't think he'd cap like that.
@Advancer64 it's hard to bring the damage to that level without Solon I supposed?

The only way to speed it up is to buy the seals from the awakening exchange.
