- Lots of new stuff this update with the release of Partitio and Isla as well as the new Overclass System which adds 6 stars to the game and allows you to class up all your characters to 5 stars and gradually more and more characters will be able to reach 6 stars! Hopefully you enjoy the video!

I do like the implementation of how they made the overclass system though I'm not a fan of time-gating it for every unit except for new focus units. Though a week for 5 stars is not bad unless you are insane and want to build every 5 star instead of just your favorites. (would take ~2.2 years to do that, assuming you also get the Focus character on the banner too, if you didn't then that time would increase more and more.) but if you just focus on your favorites then you will be able to overclass them when the character's 6 star upgrade comes out.
Really glad they made it where every unit can overclass to become a 6 star instead of just new 5 stars like some Gatchas do.
Yes, well they probably did it the best way they could to make it free to play and still for monetization. I'm sure there'll be lots of ways for them to make money off speeding up the process of classing up characters, which is probably what the game needs considering some people just don't want to spend because they have all these characters to beat content with.
Heya Advancer! I was having trouble telling if Partitio's support skill increased spear damage or not, but this is really helpful. Thanks for the demonstration (haven't unlocked his 3* skills yet)
Yeah, he can give himself 30% passive physical attack and spear damage up which is insane. Just 15% aoe spear damage up is enough and yet he'll still give that and SP regen in most spear comps. Absolutely insane.

@@Advancer64 Oh yes that must be it. Are there separate rewards to Wealth/Power/Fame?
@@EmpyreanSky Just more rubies, 30 for the first 10 for each then 10 for everyone after that. Both sets of influence share the same upgrade reward so if you reach level 13 Dominance before Power you'll get the reward you'd get at level 13 Power and you won't get any reward when you hit that anymore.
Do any of these refights give rubies or special item rewards?

Actually their train of thought was they wanted to buff all the characters with 6 stars and TP skills to make the game more fun and weaker player to be able to beat more content and enjoy the game more. 😂
Oh yeah, I was just talking about in the discord about how I thought Cless with TP and 6 star stats was stronger than Ri'tu. I remember thinking that Cless's TP skill was one of the most impressive ones I had seen.
Cless's is honestly one of the most impressive ones. A guaranteed crit single target 4 hit shield shaving nuke is pretty great. You're probably right about that L'eeto claim since she only has a 2-5 hit random target shield shaver. And she also gives herself BP block so that doesn't help. And also Cless's EX Skill lets him give dagger resistance down. And now that I think about it I feel like L'eeto's 6 star skill upgrade might be wasted on getting rid of her BP block. Cless could probably still be better than her if her TP skills aren't great.
If the featured character can only be pulled as 6 star would you say it's better to skip some of them now in En and wait for the 6 star rerun? Too bad Rinyuu has already come to En before we know her 6star banner is a thing (maybe the timing is intentional, even).
Rinyuu's 6 star upgrades aren't super special, like how Partitio's and Isla's really helps make their characters. They're really good, her EX Skill is a party wide max HP heal and revive and gives 10% defense up, but her skill upgrade only makes her auto revive from 4 to 6 uses. Neither of these are super necessary to have, though. As for saving pulling for the reruns, that's up to you. You'll be waiting well over a year most likely for each character, though. Maybe once we know what each characters' upgrades are you can decide for each character.

Just a question what you do to make them reach level 120, is it very expensive more than making a character reach level 100 ? For example I have a lot of characters who are in level 100 I play the EN version since it’s apparition when the 6 stars mechanic will appear, will my character be in 6 stars automatically, will there be a way to have more gold guilds tones and XP since to reach level 120 you need better nuts so maybe new nuts ? The subscription option will be better, more rewards more XP, guildstones ? Thx for the info else
You don't need more stones. Each character needs 2000 stones to reach their max level cap regardless of anything else. It's like classing up a 3 out of 4 star to full 4 stars. You don't need any more stones than you did before. And as for levels, you do get more level up berries with the item generator that gives you the items you need to class up your characters to 6 stars. And the 20 levels past level 100 all cost the same amount of experience as level 100 does, a bit over 6 million a level. It's best to only use your level up berries for those levels.

@@fantasiaanimation9787 Yes that's right. And I'm pretty sure your guys' pass is really good compared to ours. For this one you get 3 free continues every battle you can use them in, you can restore your HP and SP anywhere on the field 3 times for every inn you stay in, +2 stones for every character in hunts, 2x XP and leaves, 2x your items when you sell them at the weapon shop, and double the speed on the item generation thing for obtaining 6 star class up items. I can't remember if there's anything else but if there is it's not quite important. Although when they add ads in the next update the pass will allow you to skip them and still get the rewards from them.
I like how much more intricate the battle system in cotc gets as the game continues to power creep instead of becoming a braindead one button mash like other gachas.
It can be a little braindead at times with Hammy/H'aanit to dodge everything and Araune to constantly let everyone max boost and party wide regen but they still help the game be more fun by just letting you focus on attacking and buffing/debuffing. With pets and EX Skills and Ults. the battle system has lots of different things to keep it fresh, though.
