to be fair this video does possibly the worst job of showing what the Orbx global base is...The global base changes the autogen textures. Showing city scapes hides all the autogen. Look at a video that shows country sides for a better representation of what you are getting with this products. Not trying to push it, I haven't bought it.

I set mine to 9 I am on v4.3

Both of them are pretty good, but I prefer FSX STEAM. Next time try to land with nose up...

From this comparison I agree - not worth $100 AUD, but question is, how does the default P3D scenery compare with the default FSX-Ee scenery? That $$ would buy some good sexy addons. Thanks so much for saving me the dough. Often the default was clearer, clouds sometimes better, and the overall lighting was better I thought.

I made it to merge the cockpit from the A321 into the Blackbox A330 how do i get the Ailerons working? And the Wheels are a bit buggy aswell

what P3D are youusing as 757 for P3D V3 is not working

Wow they look exactly the same. Stephen Hood was right LM with P3D don't do a lot to improve the sim, just tinker here and there and rely on supporting the 3PD which for most people is all they want right. P3D content in 2.5 and 3.0 looks identical, if anything the loading in for 3.0 is more choppy and sometimes the scenery momentarily disapears. Something I guess has been addressed in P3D 4.0. I still think P3D 4.0 is the most complete platform us simmers have especially with some quality DLC installed but as a casual simmer I can't tell you how happy I am to see FSW and Aerofly FS 2.0.

I honestly think this is a huge upgrade for the flight sim community, this unlocks thousands of upgraded airports and high quality pay ware airports, if an area isn't that great I would just create one for myself and not bitch about it. FTX Global is probably the best add on I have in FSX and I never regret my decision. All the other ones are just so bland and don't have a good foundation around it. ORBX's foundation is its airports and many upgrades for the area around it. If you think just alone this is expensive then Flight Simulators are not the kind for you. You have to have a wallet for this.

LOL, for most locations, default scenery looks much more realistic instead of the ORBX Addon : just take a look at the green (!) Grand Canyon !

I got a question, Prepar3D looks nice but what version did u buy and does it change something in game www.prepar3d.com/prepar3d-store/ Because for fsx steam edition u got addons and u can get it for 10 euros at this time but here there is some big difference. Other question wich adond would u recomend to play fsx with good graphics. And to end it Will 8Gb of ram are enought ^^
