It's kind of weird to see DN using both vision and fanuc powermate drives on the same machine, but I understand why. Vision drive can be restart to clear alarms or change parameters while machine is on, which is good for turret or servo autodoor use. And fanuc powermate can be jogged using MPG handle, which is needed for SMX tool changer.

DVSC-TX-14C-xx 이면 ATC 암 과부하 방지 기능 설정 가능함 이번에 Crown Equipment에 NHP8000 3대 중에 남은 2대를 update 할때 #138호기는 DVSC-TX-14C-10이었고 #242호기는DVSC-TX-14C-15였는데 #242호기는 update를 하고 servo parameter #85를 130으로 = (130%) #86을 3으로 setting후 아무문제가 없이 공구 교환이 잘 되었습니다. = (0.3초) 그러나 #138호기는 version이 10이라서 아래와 같은 문제가 있었기에 공유 합니다. DVSC-TX-14C-10 을 version#17.1으로 update후 나타난 현상. 1.지난번에 Tony가 servo software update후 경험한 Home위치를 잊어버림과 CRT화면에 #2895 over voltage alarm이 뜸. 조치내용: ATC arm home position 재setting후 Servo parameter #81 에 30을 9000으로 바꾸고, #92 에 5000을 0, #95 에 64을 0로 setting후 tool change가 정상으로 작동하였음. 2. Software Version 17.1로 update후 Servo Drive parameter가 완전히 지워져서 다시입력함. Update전에는 servo parameter가 #80번까지만 있었으나 update후 99번까지 늘어남.
