yes, Demon frenzy from 29 to 30 has a signficant damage differences. A level 30 Frenzy will result in always having full HP, thus u wont be reaping the additional damage. Ultimately, depending on the bosses you are fighting and select level 29 or 30 frenzy base on how comfortable you are with the boss. So an example for blackmage, selecting a 30 frenzy would be advisable, due to the fact that u r constantly being attacked by the boss. DA do not really need a -2s CD hat. it's good to have but not really necessary. u can look at my mobbing videos, u still can map cap 300 mob/min while standing in 1 spot.

the lowest cooldown you can go for any skills is 5s. Shield chasing's CD is 6 sec. So for 1sec cd potential will only grant saving of 0.6sec = 5.4s. Anw it's just 1s. Tbh doubt it will make any significant.

@@markhunter3533 you can kinda do that now if you hold the button, its an okay lazy mobbing strategy, especially now with 6th jobs extra shield. What i meant though was that they would activate when you're attacking mobs like with NL

Really late to see and respond.. But it's actually because the difference in range is basically nothing, people have tested this and it's such a minimum thing that exceed-2 is better to use even for mobbing.@@eduardowormittag2113
