yes, Demon frenzy from 29 to 30 has a signficant damage differences. A level 30 Frenzy will result in always having full HP, thus u wont be reaping the additional damage. Ultimately, depending on the bosses you are fighting and select level 29 or 30 frenzy base on how comfortable you are with the boss. So an example for blackmage, selecting a 30 frenzy would be advisable, due to the fact that u r constantly being attacked by the boss. DA do not really need a -2s CD hat. it's good to have but not really necessary. u can look at my mobbing videos, u still can map cap 300 mob/min while standing in 1 spot.

hello! RSF is better, as it grants u 10% more final damage. However u risk getting 25% more damage from bosses. Once u r confident with the boss mechanics, the 25% more wont matter much. End game players will usuaully go RSF. So my advise is to go with RSF.
