You know what I love the most about your videos? I mean, yeah, the scenery is always amazing as are the varying regions, etc. BUT what I truly admire: the little things. Like you doing your laundry, filming the coin machine or just having a burrito. In my opinion, these little things contain the true magic of a long journey respectively a road trip. Letting go of domesticity, of voluminous belongings, of a tight schedule...and sometimes just living in the moment. I...just...love...that. 🥰

Wake up. Coffee. Donuts. Hike. Drive in the most beautiful places. Eat tacos . Work out. Shower. Eat tacos. Sleep. Repeat. Sounds like the perfect scenario to me !!

Hey Laura. 👏I have to say, your camera transitions in this video were really smooth, especially while you were cooking. Quite professional. Did respectively do you work in the movie- or photography business or is it "just" talent? And then again the scenery, especially at 11:30...🤩As a European I'll never get used to such a view. Amazing. Every time I see something like that I try to imagine how it looked a millennium ago. Or one million years B.C. Was there an ocean or a lush forest, etc.? This landscape (White Sands) is somehow surreal but nevertheless beautiful in it's own way. What I really like about such landscapes is the (smaller and very healthy version of) sensory deprivation. No internet, no billboards, no people, no traffic....you know what I mean. Just the way I like it. 😊And just out of curiosity: where are you staying respectively heading to right now? And as always: stay healthy, stay safe, have fun! 😊

My wife and I road tripped through Arizona in 2023. Sedona easily one of the main highlights for us both. Those sunsets are out of this world.

Living there and waking up every day in this scenery must be jaw-dropping. It seems almost unimaginable that someone could get used to that. Oh, by the way, I loved the moment when you were eating that "Sedonut". It was so lovely just watching someone enjoying the little things in life. There is a certain beauty in such moments. 😊Apart from all that it was very nice watching a winterly video in the middle of August. 😉Here in my place it's around 100 °F at the moment and almost windless...terrible. Can't wait for fall, my most favorite season of the year. Hello Laura, I'm so glad to have found your channel and also your travel blog. I love travelling myself (huge understatement) and I'm always looking for kindred spirits who share the same passion and, unlike me, like to make pictures and vids about it. And I have to say that your travels, your footage as well as your thoughts and insights (especially on your blog) are incredibly interesting, authentic and just so warm-hearted and absolutely likable. I find your passion for travel impressive and highly contagious, in the best way possible. Regarding your channel, it's almost unbelievable that you just have approximately 350 subscribers...but on the other hand I like the fact that it's not that crowded and overrun here. Well, at least not yet. 😊 Anyway, as I mentioned before...I'm glad that I've found your channel (at least, this once the algorithm worked for me 😂) and of course I've subscribed. And I'm already curious what your next travel adventures will be all about. By the way, regarding Europe, I can highly recommend the Czech Republic. It's a beautiful country and the average travel expenses one has to expect are quite low, at least in comparison to other European countries. (I live in Germany, therefore most of my travel destinations are in Europe). And if you decide to visit the Czech Republic, don't start with Prague, start with Český Krumlov. There's so much beauty there, it's almost hard to believe. (I'm recommending it because I've traveled there a short while ago).
