Would it be possible to to a 125 Box comparison. As there the Polini seams to rev much lower. A powerful Vmc 187 setup would be cool then test Polini, Malossi, BBS V2 and Sip road 3.0 Maybe with Rotary and SI 26 as originality and Box exhaust seams to make sense.
The option for converting for the pinasco casings using m6 threaded bolts is surely a better job.

so gut , danke! bin heute mit meiner suzuki address erstes mal länger mit topcase gefahren und hab mich mega erschrocken als ich kurz die hände vom lenker genommen habe. normalerweise hält sie super die spur aber durch das Topcase ist sie vorne wohl wirklich zu leicht.

Can you please tell me if you bettered the fuel usage. I am thinking of mounting the dr pulleys in my original SH300 2013. I know have stock 19 gram rollers. I would like the rpm to go down on the highway.

I had exactly the same problem, 4 stroking, very rich 0-25%. I found out I already had AS264.... I also checked the swimmer. The solution was setting the needle down 1 notch. worked perfectly. thanks for getting me on the right track!!!😁

@@FreakMoPed8 I had pinasco but it was shit...I tried w1r but it was only good on the 177...with the m43 I have a good shot and a few more engine turns. For me, for road use it's great!
Hi i have just fitted the same clutch in a running engine, but when the clutch is tightened down it locks up the gear box. do you have an idea why ? everything seems to turn ok while the clutch is loose Regards Mark

it was just a quick start of the 306. still standard rod for thr m244
Dumb question but when you have the selector rod as far out as it will go and attach the gear selector box should the gear selector box be set in neutral? Thanks.
Sorry just wanna know, do you removed the right centre stand spring? Cause I'm also using polini box, and the right spring centre stand is friction with the top side of the box exhaust.
I just change position of the springs. it depends on the main stand brand. good box first. main stands can be adjustwd

Loctite 5923 might work to keep the gasket in place and to seal the cases.
and standard gasket 😉 as double sealing compound is too much. it als cant provide the recommended underfeeding of the thin spot.
Würdest du auch 2024 bei PNP Tuning noch zu einem VMC 177ccm Stelvio raten oder hat sich deine Meinung geändert? Ich überlege von meinem DR zu upgraden:125 E Lusso mit 24 SI und SIP Road, sinnvolle Entscheidung?

Hello Mr Freakmoped! Thank you so much for your time and effort in putting videos like this together and sharing your knowledge. Much appreciated❤ Question - worth drilling to 2.5mm even if running a more stockish setup, e.g. only Sip road 2/3 with stock cylinder. Maybe with a DR177cc? AS IS 2011 PX150 w catalytic exhaust. SI20:20 carb.
no not needed
Done the whole package: 60mm crankshaft, windows adjusted, exhaust raised 2mm, 0.5 head gasket. Runs with SI24.24 and Polini box. Accelerates nicely, feels like th peak power is around 6500rpm but as soon as it reaches 6800rpm it dies a bit and won't accelerate any further. Feels kind like a rev limiter is activated or the clutch starts slipping (but it's not). I've swapped stator, flywheel, CDI and tried to move ignition timing to 18deg but it still behaves the same. Any clue what could be the problem? It always happen exactly at 6800rpm, regardless uphill or downhill, choke in/out. The engine feels like it still should have a lot of power, the performance cutout is immediate. Is it fuel supply problem? (done only 2,5mm main jet drilling, and short fuel hose - fuel tap not modified) Wrong jetting? Or just the original cylinder limitation? (ports cross section etc.)

@@FreakMoPed8 checked fuel tap, forgot it was also otuned: long pipe closed, holess drilled bigger. Will have investigate further. Next candidate is exhaust port, it was just rised, not widened.
