Cuanto cuesta uno así mismo actualmente?
What size hard line did you use because I'm trying to build my shelby also
God I miss you David!
Can you please tell me where you got this model
Nice work l really like videos on your Eleanor build...would you know of a transit kit kicking around some where ...probably missed the boat by 6 years hahaha cheers
real soon = 10 years in hobby time?
He passed away a few years ago dude.
thank you for talking. There are other talented builders who's videos are lacking. yours are fantastic and informative
Great video bro
Totally out of the blue but does anyone know if Gravity Colors is still sending out orders?
Man that is beautiful. I could not even do mine close to that. Thank you for the video.
I love to add these in my collections. Could you please let me know where can I buy these?
Try adjusting you camera so we can get a better view of the paint job... Thank you
where did you buy that stand with frame in it Greetings peter
I want to see Part8😥😥😥😥😥😥😥
Sorry to much talk.... cut to the chase
the floor visible from top view is pure carbon. Should be darker and flater. Bit awkward looking. But the derails are awesome! 😮👍
Thankful for all of these video’s so I can still hear your voice. I love and miss you so much.
Bonjour, où puis-je me procurer ce support pour moto? merci d'avance
R.I.P. Dave, awesome tutorial videos. An amazing builder, what a loss..
Thank you Josh. It's a huge tragedy. He will be missed and never forgotten. Rest in Peace!
hi, I tried your paints and I have some problems, I used an airbrush with 0.3 nozzle and pressure at 1.5 2bar, I followed your instructions giving light hands but the paint is too rough, as if the paint arrived too dry on the model , do you have any advice for me?
Where did you buy the paints from? From Spain or from Florida?
Gravity Colors paints sold from Spain has that problems you described, paint is too rough and aggressive on plastic. can cause crazing on plastic and it doesn't lay down smooth, but with a rough texture. You should contact Antonio at Gravity Colors Spain and address your concern to him. This is the Gravity Colors USA official gravity Colors CZcams channel, we have nothing to do with Gravity Colors Spain since 2017. We used to be one company but broke up in 2017 due to customers complaints about their paint quality sold in Spain. You can read more about that on our website if interested: www.gravitycolors.com/faqs-2/
Paints we sell in Florida lays down smooth and very soft on plastic, doesn't cause in crazing on the surface.

@@vitarotondo6029 OK so you have to talk to Antonio in Spain about tissues you are having with the paints. You can send us a text message to (561) 425-8965 if you want to try the US version of Gravity Colors paints. I am sure you will not have any problems with our paints as those are premium quality high end products. All our Gravity Colors videos on CZcams were featuring Gravity Colors US paints.
I own and ride a vtr 1000f firestorm and would love to buy and make a model ANY HELP would be most appreciated, Thank you :)
Me again. Just got the 2k clear but now its 4:1:1 If I use 6ml of clear how much of the other two should I use. Do you recommend more than 6ml for a Miata?
Hi, yes the new updated 2k clear has 4:1:1 mixing ratio. For 8 ml clear the mix would be like 2 ml hardener/activator and 2 ml thinner. That is the mixing ratio we use for our single use 2K clear product which covers one 1/24 or 1/25 scale model kit car body. I think you could do that 8ml:2ml:2ml mix for the miata body, it will be plenty for that car.
make sure your first 2k clear layer is a thin mist coat, let it dry for 5 minutes and then you can do 2 wet coat and you are all set. You can wet sand in 24 hours if needed (if you get orange peel or trash in the finish) and re polish it back to full shine.
Thanks. This is why I went into Psychiatry as I could never figure out ratios
@@Ken-sl4um You are very welcome! Psychiatry is also very important these days! :) If you don't feel like playing around with the mixing ratios with the 2K clear we can always send you the single use option that is pre-mixed and you don't have to worry about the ratios. You just mix the pre-measured activator with the clear and you are ready to spray it. But it only covers one car body (single use) versus the set you received will cover at least 2-3 1/24 scale model car bodies.
I'm back. Just clear coated another model. 8 2 2 mix, .5 needle around 25psi. Tack coat then heavier. No matter what I did I ended up with tons of orange peel. Not sure why it wouldn't level out. Now I have to do more sanding and polishing than I should have to. Any suggestions?
How long between coats of clear? Do you sand the color coat?
10-15 minutes. Sanding the color coat is not really recommended especially if it is a metallic base color coat. But you can wet sand the final coats of your 2K clear and polish it back to full high gloss shine.
Thanks
@@Ken-sl4um You are very welcome!
When you painted your Gravity black how many coats did you put down.
What colour do you paint the interior of the internal face of the 'cans'?
Is that a 1/20 scale or a 1/24
I hate staples.
Beautiful build 😸👌🏾
I have original HRT photos of this bike and there is no carbon fibre on the front wheel guard , its only semi gloss black just as Tamiya shows it.
This is a stunning work of art! When it comes to color matching everyone sees colours differently, age counts and so does gender. I used to match and measure color as part of my job some people might see more red in an orange or more yellow , you're absolutely right, its personal joice when it comes to color. There is no right or wrong shade.
Hi David, a little late to the party but I’ve really enjoyed your tutorial builds tremendously. Always keen to learn I noticed you sprayed the clear cotes for at least a minute, far longer than I do so a good tip learned. I noticed your airbrush had a glass reservoir, could you tell me the brand and serial number so I can get me one of those?
Only thing to push this over the top would be lights
Calling tank grips "leg guards" makes me think this guy doesn't actually ride. The side plastics aren't called tins or cowlings, they're side fairings. Also you can go to a honda shop and buy an rc213v. It will cost you $184,000...but it's not unobtainable as long as you're a trust fund baby. Cool unboxing though.
Hey David, is gravity colors still in business...We ordered the paint mask set on January 18...It is feb 3...still not received it. Called them with no call back. Looked at order ...Always says processing...What gives..Dont think I will use them again..If I ever get my product.....
Super job David!!!....great finish and detail, very informative video....did you build or purchase this jig?...I want one, cheers!
got to say, absolutely beautiful !!....cheers....where can I find gravity products? website only??
great job David, paint and decals look fantastic!!! ......do you sponsor gravity?
Hi, I really like the way the bike came out. Great job! I have a question if you can help me with. Can you please let me know how you masked the engine silver from the gray? Especially the part where the clutch mounts on is so thin i tried with tape and its not working out too well. Let me know please when you get a chance. Thank you
wow that is beautiful.
think the detail kit is worth it?.... ,,, i was going to just get chain , then seen UP kits for just about everything... shifter, cables, clutch, plugs , brakes, in all it would cost 200 usd , just for upgrade kits
AWESOME! job well done, I noticed the front brake line has leader line in it, is it also inside a tube ... or just leader and what weight? seems thick.
That's what artistic license is all about! I'm a stickler for accuracy but I still do like colour modulations on my vehicles lighter at the top as the light hits and darker and shaded areas of a darker tone of the same colour! I would have done my wheels the darker orange too! Even with a primer the plastics being plastic wheels being alloy the colour would differ in tones slightly on the real thing! I was a big fan of the Repsol WRC escorts! It used to be alot darker the orange on older vehicles!
Soak your decals in micro scale micro soft first it stops that tearing some of tamyias decals can be abit brittle but not bad atoll if use the soft first instead of water then your micro sol! There's a video of someone doing carbon fiber on one of them Gundum robot things, I wasn't interested In the robot thing not my kinda model but his carbon effect was brilliant! He used a woman's pair of tights lol but bloody amazing haha!
The up detail sprocket and chain sets are also a great addition! I'm away to build one for my step dads xmas he's bike daft but never had someone build a high detailed model for him before, and I'm a modeler myself mostly armour ww1 ww2 so my kits are accurate as can be so can't wait to try one of these bikes! I'm really thinking of the CBR white blue plastics one! We call them plastics here like on scramblers I heard you calling them tins earlier.
