Yup. Doing this has saved me during may. I'm so tired of running as fast as I can to complete a "to do list". Since my last birthday I feel like time is running out, and beeing a woman I have to do everything now. It's exausting.

I know exactly how you feel, I was at this point in my life. That's when I became a minimalist in my home and digital. Now I workout 4 days a week, go for a walk everyday and do not spend my time on social media or watch TV. By walking especially a lot of creativity came back that I've lost. I also get up every day at 4am and go to bed at 8pm I find that's when I have the most energy. I am glad that you feel better :) time heals everything maybe you really needed a break and that's 100% okay. Sending you love!

It is ok to go to sleep at any hour of the day you want and still feel and look perfect the next day. It is jot good to blame ourselves for anything we do. Set your own rules, establish your own beliefs. You love your work, your home environment, but you want something more, only you know what. Know that it is possible, everything is. Connect with your higher self that already knows what you desire and wants to lead you(your/its)physical manifestation(physical body)to fulfillment💕 Meditation, nature, movement outside, walks(biking)in the nature will help you get there Besides, in fact, we don't have to sleep more than 4h or at all:)if this is your belief I love movement, hate exercising.
