Greetings good brother. Interesting video but our people on the grassroots would greatly appreciate it if you would refer to our lineage and ancestors as "Foundational Black Americans." This was an intriguing version of the story of Black Wall Streets founding and economy. If you don’t mind me asking, where did you obtain the information about the livelihoods it’s residents? I’m trying to conduct a study and make a report about the economy’s of Black Americans during this time period and going on into the 20s and 30s.

This is an obvious Democratic party propaganda piece. Blacks first signed on to the Democratic party because they were hurting badly in the Great Depression. The Democratic party and their militant and still very active arm of the KKK actually confronted FDR about giving Blacks too much in their opinions. That is why the aid available for Blacks for the period was NOT equal to any other group especially Whites. The South became more industrialized which meant more people interested in keeping what they earned instead of having big government that the democrats are always pushing for taking what they earn for whatever the politicians want to spend it on. There was no "agenda" from the Republicans or any politician. Simply common-sense self-interest. I suggest ANYONE who wants a better picture of the history of the Democratic Party watch Thomas Sowell. Brilliant man! Also, the Democratic party stood, all the way through the Civil Rights period of the 1960s, against Blacks. Look up who filibustered on the floor of Congress AGAINST the Civil Rights Act of 1964 for over 80 hours. Who stood against the Voting Act. Fair Housing Act following that. It was the democratic party. LBJ, the so called "Civil Rights" leader, was one of the most racists presidents of all time and unapologetic for the duration of his life. Look up "Give them a little bit but not enough to make a difference." "We will have the n^groes voting democrat for the next 200 years!" quotes from the great Civil Rights president, LBJ. Also look up his conversation with his Black driver. "You need to think of yourself as a piece of furniture!" Look it up soon. As with the statues being pulled down, the Democratic Party is removing all ties to their openly racist past and using you folks to help them. Democrats have been "fighting" for the Black community for over 60 years. Things are WORSE now? How is that? Your communities have gotten more unsafe, more impoverished, your schools have gotten worse, families have been destroyed.. Why? All the while those claiming to "fight" for you have gotten more powerful, wealthier, and famous. Ask yourself, How does a safe, successful, self sufficient community of ANY race benefit people claiming to "fight" for it while making themselves rich, powerful and famous from their "fight?" Your communities are not kept where they are or made worse by White people who don't even know your name. They are kept there for the benefit of the politicians and activists who have been farming you for decades. Until a person does their own thinking and takes their own action and responsibility for their actions and thinking, they will always be the tool of others. Remember if you don't know to vote for the person the "party" demands you vote for then you ain't Black. How much longer can you live under this con game?
