With that kind of skill you must have a drawer full of extra vulton rubber balls.
I had a 1964 Pontiac Lemans
Beautiful car! We don't see many around now. Thanks for watching!
😂🤣🤣
Yes indeed, thanks for watching!
It's like watching a surgeon! Where is nuse Randy?
Nurse Randy, yes indeed.
Hey L98 people.. if you need an alternator upgrade to a one wire LT1 unit 👍😊 they're much hardier and robust..CS-144
I'll check that out. Thanks for the tip.
Glad I waited to do this .. prices are much better now on eBay as opposed to the Vette specific catalogs back in the day
Thanks for watching!
Ain't that America 🇺🇲 😊👍
The best, thanks for the comment!
Like two snails trying to get out of the salt 😁✌️🔨
65 horsepower is no joke man, thanks for watching !
Beast of an engine. Drained a gallon of water out of our 46, new plugs and coil, filed the points, rebuilt the starter, and it ran like it didnt care that it sat for decades.
Awesome! Thanks for sharing that and thanks for watching!
Can you set the balancer to put the wheel weight in the inside only??
Yes that's the ALU2 mode. Thanks for watching!
@BiancaJackson-dm8hp If you want only one weight on the inside you can use the static mode. That's how I do motorcycle wheels.
Love this old school hot rods. Thanks for posting.
Awesome, thanks for watching!
SPEED!
Right on, thanks for watching!
Epic? 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
That's one way to put it, thanks for watching.
Could see you in it Randy!
I tried that, the owner got all bent.
Can you use the original pulley? Or do you need a different size?
That's a good question to ask. I recommend using the original size pulley, otherwise you are changing the geometry of the belt path. That can lead to interference and poor grip on some of the components especially the alternator in this case. Don't change the size unless you have a complete plan that covers everything.
Awesome
Thanks!
Right on!🎉😊
Yes sir!
Wow nice setup!!!
Thanks!
Somebody stole his roof!
Thank you for commenting.
Look at that S car go!
Oui
You guys should walk the runway slower. Show off the goods!
We needed to get working on something. Thanks for commenting!
Does this affect the computer in any way? I have a 1990
That’s a good question to ask. This mod has zero effect on the computer, there’s no concern at all about that. Thanks for watching !
Is that a race?
Yes 1/8th mile. Thanks for watching !
Yes bruh
Thanks for this video. Going through the process with my 87 and found this really helpful. Thanks for the part numbers. It really opens up some extra space.
Glad it helped, stay tuned for more upcoming videos on the C4. Thanks for watching !
I wonder what he had for breakfast!
Looks like lead bricks. Thanks for watching !
Imagine taking a drag car back in time to race these ! They would be sooooo shocked and in awe when you drove to the track busted off times faster than top fuel and then drove home !!! Gods they would say 😂
Minds blown, thanks for watching !
that was so slow the new 1.0 litre engined cars will outrun it
You're probably right, those old flatheads had about 65 hp when they were new and that was very respectable in 1932. Thanks for watching !
0 to 60 in 1.3 miles 😂
The best things are worth waiting for, thanks for watching !
Why can't you use any 3.50 wheel weight for calibration, or can you.
Good question. It would probably work ok, I was going by what the manual says to do. 3.50oz is equal to 99.2g so its a bit off. Maybe within tolerance, I don't know. The thing is from China so is probably designed with metric units as the basis for calibration. Thanks for watching !
@@bustedstudgarage Yeah, that is what I thought I ordered so 3.50 oz weights look almost like the one you get with hope they work, I broke mine thank you for the reply.
location?
Oxford Plains Speedway, Maine
That used to be considered fast 😂
Glad you enjoyed it, thanks for watching !
Great instruction video. Thanks. Could you do a video describing how to use the ALU function? Could you do a video describing how to use the OPT (optimization) function?
Thanks for the comment, those are great ideas! I think we will find time to do those videos. Thanks for watching!
I want the Z28 Pace Car... there is only around 300 though, and I'm pretty sure they all have owners
Don't give up, Chevy made over 6000 of them so should be plenty. Thanks for watching !
It's the Crusteze!
tetanus shots are recommended
Pump up the jam!
yes thats one way to think about it
Pile of rust lol
Yup - good thing i got a tetanus shot recently!
How cupped was that tire? That shock was pretty thrashed!
Yup I had never seen a shock busted in half - we were lucky the tire survived - no thanks to pothole season in new england
Was it oem that broke or aftermarket?
OEM - busted in half!!!
I think that shock is broken.
we came to the same conclusion - thanks
That’s quite a wiggle!
yup - you never know how much has gone on in the back of that van
Did this Mf say ‘ Odessi’
i think so - thanks public school?
I think this is boring 😅
Thanks for your comment.
I have one that doesn't dribble fluid out of the seam 😎 Seriously tho, using ancient fluids isn't great for your hardware. I recently blew a power steering pump using NOS 10 year old fluid.
Thanks for letting us know, I hope the new pump works out for you.
So these seats fit down into that space no problem?? Because I only measured like15- 16 inches across, console to door sill which is very small. Seems like most of the cheapy aftermarket seats are 19" up to 22+ side to side at the base
The seats we chose worked fine. After this video we switched to corbeau seat brackets to lower the seats about 3" more. For reference here's a link to the exact seats we used, we are not affiliated with the company that makes or sells them. www.ebay.com/itm/304594723772
Lucky does great fan work!
thanks for being a fan!
Fantastic
Thanks!
And what was the point of this?
If you had listened…Randy got a nut massage😅😂
So he could grab the nuts ?
We were working on removing the axle seal to see if it needed to be replaced
I'm 72 years old I surely remember changing the oil in my hot rods and you had to have that spout for sure⚙️⚙️⚙️🔥🔥🔥
Yup back in the day - it was that - or poke a hole with a screwdriver and take your chances! No of this plastic crap.
Transmission fluid in the motor?
It is transmission fluid in the power steering pump per GM specification. Thanks for watching !
We still use these cans in the army. I need one of these.
I was unaware of that, thanks for the comment!
