The scrub is gentle enough to do 3 times a week. You can apply the aloe itself to your skin multiple times daily though.

A lot of it comes down to finding what products and techniques work best for your hair so maybe, you should see a natural hair stylist and get their opinion. If you can't get to one, I'd recommend checking out Neki Cakes channel. My hair's a lot thicker and curlier than hers but her tips have been really helpful to me. Wishing you good luck~!

It depends on the look you want. If you want volume, the gel is better. If you want a neat look, the cream is better.
