I have it on my golf 7 gtd its an second water pump for intercooler i think i have problem with that but i’m not sure how its supposed to work becouse right now it is turning and shutting unregularly when its supposed to be under pressure its shuts it self i dont know if it is normal or no
After I cleaned out an old 460 my burning got worse till the ring’s reseated, then it was a slow improvement to get to 1 quart at a 3k mile oci.
Yeah after the engine rebuild, after 500 mi I did an oil change and the oil was completely black. Now after another 500 mi it's still pretty golden colored. I think it took about a thousand miles for the rings to finally seat pretty good. I still burn a little bit of oil on deceleration, but I don't burn oil anymore while accelerating.

Nice I have an mr2 mines old
Nice! I also have a AW11, is that what you have or the second Gen?
@@maxsinventions8913 mine is a 1988 Toyota MR2 supercharger I think mines AW11 also
ya as that one guy said check the throttle cable. near the throttle body there should be a screw you can tighten. see if that fixes it or not. it looks to me like the throttle cable is loose
Nice bro I have a MR2 to I need a exhaust it’s hard to find one was that the original exhaust it came with
Seems like it might be worn out or bad engine/transmission mounts, not entirely sure though
Almost seems like that but I replaced them with full poly mounts. Super solid!
@@maxsinventions8913 ahh alright, well I hope you’re able to figure out the problem at some point. Nice ride!
Maybe your MAF sensor is bad try unpluging it and see if it works
Well I think the sensor is fine because it wouldn't run that well if it was running good. I did more testing and the issue also occurs when i shut the car off in gear
Ok..Just FYI..Seafoam in the oil/ crankcase cleans the metal...But the rubber seals can be harmed..And those seals could be causing oil burning..Valve seals?...Hot Oil Changes/ Burning touch with proper gloves/ Extra oil filter changes...
Yeah the engine was completely screwed so I rebuilt it
Here's hoping you don't use that impact driver to put the oil drain plug back on 😂
Lol no just to take it off!
Im guessing maybe your engine shakes so much during full accelerarion that its either interfering with your throttle cable (if you have one) or it is somehow fucking with the transmission
Thanks for the advice. I have been reading more, and I could also be the axles. It does have a physical throttle cable, so maybe I can spray some lubricant on that, maybe it's stuck kinda. My next step is to turn the car off while it's in gear to see if maybe the issue is not electronic and purely physical.
@@maxsinventions8913 try to have someone press on the pedal and visually check the throttle body
:) yay
Diesel in the oil will do the same. Also full synthetics have more stabilizers/ conditioners that keep deposits suspended in the oil, so the oil will carry them out when changed.
I'm not knocking Seafoam as I have some in my engine now. If the original oil was black when you changed it the new oil would have gone black almost immediately without the Seafoam. The engine would have lots of black sludge in it turning the new oil black straight away after first starting it up. You need to flush the engine with cheap oil until it comes out clean then add the good oil and Seafoam. When I do mine I put half of a 4 litre (approx. 4 quarts) bottle of oil in then run the engine for about 10 minutes with the occasional throttle blip. Drain, put the other half in and repeat. Change the filter and then add the good oil. Then if you want then add the Seafoam. Hope this helps.
After that I would also do some flushes with junky but new oil till it comes out clear.
Once you get it clean add a SMALL amount of Lucas engine oil stabilizer and the oil mileage will improve drastically....
Okay I will think about that. I recently rebuilt the whole engine with new pistons and rods. The engine was in bad condition, bores where in bad condition. I think most of this dark oil was from blowby.
@@maxsinventions8913 I had a 22RE that was new did about the same thing. I found out it had week rings from the rebuild kit I redid it with a good set of Hastings rings problem solved. It had bad blowby pcv valve keep blowing out....
Lucas is not good for an engine unless its on its last legs and youre looking to squeeze out a few more miles. Its mostly snake oil and marketing. Changes viscosity and is very very thick. No way in hell id use it on a car I plan to keep for awhile. Synthetic oil works fine with occasional Marvel or Sea Foam as shown.
@@aidankirby8412 I said a SMALL amount not a quart. If your using oil it works great snake oil or not been using it for years and have had great results don't be hatin tell you try it if you run it out of oil you won't need anything but a new car....
Lucas is snake oil. It's just high viscosity oil 😂. Go up to 40 weight for free.
Be sure to replace the oil filter as well.
LOL. Whoever came up with the idea of NOT replacing the filter while doing an oil change was a real genius. And Max, remember to replace the oil too ;) jk
You're very likeable Max!

What to do if i cant take the 10mm nut i mean it just wont get of its spinning but not coming of
You have stripped the nut, happened to me. You have to take the red lever off the thredded shaft first, it will spin off, its threaded.
Buy some tire weights put them directly across from the valve stem tape them to the inside of the rim with black duct tape fixes the unbalanced wheel no vibration at all now.
Replace the valve stem seals.
The engine has been fully taken apart. The only thing that was wrong with it was the bores were glazed and the rings were just too weak compared to other aftermarket versions.
@@maxsinventions8913 Taken apart after the SeaFoam treatment in this video? Honed the cylinders, and replaced the rings, and everything is good?
shit i might put kick start mode on
you could just use a 120mm m6 as well
You could, but you don't get that much clamping force compared to m8 bolt. More safe this way.
good point, my original bottom nut was stripped and i had to replace it @@maxsinventions8913
Thx man i have the same problem with the scooter gonna fix it now
Peeding
The threads are wide on that type of bolt, did you use any Lock Tight??
Give it another seafoam treatment
Is there a calibration procedure ?
No, these JIngbo controllers do not have a learn wire. I do not recommend them for the Ti30. Look into the yunli controllers with ds20 throttle.
is this the 90w version? I'm thinking of something like this for my pond, the 180w 12v pump I normally use has gone up from $40 to $75 and the brushes wear out fairly quickly. (I am using it continuously submerged and operating everyday there is sun). I am also wondering how this would go with 20v from my solar panel and whether I would have to use a charge controller and battery?
Good job! Keep up the good work, my friend!
I’m the one that asked you from Facebook Devin R Sloan
Btw I think I used m8 hardware, not m10. I tried to use that in the beginning but It was too big.
100 miles with fresh oil too? If so dang.
Progress is looking good! May want to double check clearances with the accessories (alt & AC) and the turbo outlet plumbing.
Progress has been going slow lately because the exhaust manifold does not clear the American starter motor. This MRP exhaust manifold is a little bit short and should be extended slightly out. For now I'm actually taking a break from this project and going to put the car back together so I can drive it and once I figure out how much clearance I have for the exhaust manifold I will order a new one from MRP.
@maxsinventions8913 fitment with anything custom is always a challenge. Don't give up on the turbo dreams - it'll be worth it in the end.
@@zerodrift1 almost all of the "Kit" I got from MRP was not compatible with the Aw11. The manifold was warped and lots of the parts are incomplete or included wrong parts. I have tried to push through, but the exhaust manifold was the straw that broke the back. I will definitely return to this, but for now I need to be get it together to check how much space I need to clear the starter
Mines cut 😂 off at around 56.5v -57v and motor stutters once im on gear 3 and it hits about 20mph it will cut off until mph drops below 20mph for like 2-3 secs then when u press throttle down it will accelerate and then cuts off again. I think its the controller doing this. My scooter motor turns off completely when it reaches 52v by default but maybe could change it to go lower but heard that is bad for the battery. Let me know guys what you think???
Wanted to let you know that if you delete the A/C you can use the compressor backets furthest in top bolt hole for a knock sensor. Got one from a B18 Honda/Acura engine and rethreaded the hole to install it. I imagine you are running a standalone ECU, it would be wise to, you'll have the option for a knock sensor. You're gonna want one with boost. Even if you lower compression like some people do. Amp EFI now makes Megasquirt ECUs. You can get a gen 2 plug and play ECU from DIY autotune. 900 bucks. Send them your ECU and they will swap your connectors to the new ECU. Super easy. Has an options port for a ton of other stuff too like a wideband etc. Our AW11s only have one clutch switch, which is all the way at the bottom. Do not use the clutch switch for launch control or other fun stuff. There is a green/white wire at the cruise control computer that is grounded when you pull the cruise stock back. The cruise module is up and to the elft of your ECU in the trunk. I am doing this as it is simple and a monetary switch and you can also still hold the wheel. Good luck with the build!
Bro, where did you find the manifold? I cant find anyone who makes them anymore. Got a guy that'll put a flange on my stock cast manufold but I'd rather make my own at that point. Had to fab one up for an 87 Prelude with the A20. Cool build!
I've been working on turbo cars for the past 20 years, and they're all like this some more than others. But if the turbo goes on without any problems, it's probably a turbo you don't want to use anyway.
Hey Max my ti30 that I got for $900 about 2 months ago doesn't completely turn off, but at about 56v it will not go over 30kmh (18mph) and the throttle will cutoff until you start going slower. They said this is built in to protect the battery, but it seems weird to just literally cut the throttle off and on what seems like out of nowhere when you are riding it. Is this normal, like does yours do this? And can it be changed? I lowered the voltage cutoff in the P settings, and that doesn't seem to make a difference.
Technically it is a battery protecting feature. But technically under load you can go as low as 48 volts, so I don't know why they have it cut off at 56 volts. It seems like yours is a little bit more advanced than the ones I've seen. They just cut off and then you're out of luck. For my research there's no real way to change it except for going into the controller and finding the low voltage cut off resistor and replacing it with something else. I have not dove in to that yet because my scooter's fine and doesn't do any this but my friends scooters do this and they don't want me to take their scooter apart yet because they work.
Yeah I found out that once it gets to 56v, I just don't go over 18mph and it's fine. I got over 45 miles on a single charge yesterday by keeping it under 20mph. And if you want to go really fast you just need to charge it when it gets to 56v. Plus I can change the default cutoff voltage from 52v if I really wanted to stretch it out, but I don't see the need. Now that I know that it's not a defect, I couldn't be happier with this thing. Laotie really should do a better of job of documenting this in the manual or something. I'm sure many ppl who see this think there's something wrong with it, like I did. Thanks for the info!
wow!!
but it dosent cost 750 dollars when i put in the email in banggod
Yeah they all sold out
That App promotion lasted only 4 days I bought 2, because the battery 21700 alone cost $800.00 -$1000
Great warch. Im converting my 4agze aw11 to turbo atm too. Was yours na or sc?
Mine is a late NA. 7 rib block. Not as strong as the sc block but should be able to handle the power I want.
The 4AGZE wasn't available until 1989 USDM. TVIS was no longer available after 1988 as they transitioned to the "late small port design" since venturi flow was more beneficial than volume having a super charger. These engines are iconic. His being the black and red top "late big port" engine however, does have a stock forged crank, stronger 42mm lightweight rods and pistons/deck designed for 9.4:1 compression. Factory, with no mods, this 7 rib GE has the ability to go 7800 to 8000 rpm without any issues. Using quality oil and premium fuel of course!
Hello, I'm losing over €1,000 on this electric scooter that never worked, even though the defect falls 100% under Banggood's hidden defect purchase protection. Banggood's general terms and conditions of sale and the warranties promised at the time of purchase are no longer valid. After more than 1 month of exchanging messages, the inertia of customer service shows that Banggood has no intention of making too much effort to repair. And yet, as a company of such stature, you are entitled to : - Send your own carrier with a working battery in exchange for the defective battery. - Send a new electric scooter of the same model and take back the defective one in exchange. - Cancel the sale and issue a refund. Nothing more than your purchase protection policy. You'd better pray that there's no problem whatsoever. Otherwise, Banggood is not fair, fast or reliable.
For coolant lines I used the block drain port and repurposed the coolant temp sensor outlet on the back of the head and relocated my coolant temp sensor onto the thermostat housing
That's not a bad idea! Do you know what thread pitch that drain plug port is? I would assume it's like the oil sensor. 1/8 BSPT
Mine cuts out at 52 volts
That's good they probably fixed the issue and just sold all these 54v LVC versions for $750

How is the warranty of this scooter? Is it reliable?
It's hit or miss. Sometimes banggood will send you replacement parts but be ready to do all your own repairs. Also if you wanted it return it, it would cost you $300-$400, for shipping. Best to take it to ebike repair shop if you have any issues
Hi , have you figured out the eABS? or regenerative braking, its advertised with that, but not sure how to get it working on my Ti30
There is a p setting to activate Regen. It's on by default. You can test it by lightly pulling on the brakes and not enough to squeeze the actual disk brake. You should feel and hear it braking. eAbs is a feature I've never experienced but that's because my Regen is on low and in order for that to work the Regen braking needs to cause slippage. But that is not going to happen on low.
@@maxsinventions8913 Thanks, still new to the scooter, I thought it was a "let off the throttle" type of deal, I will try what you said, thanks a lot!! :)
@@PatricksDIY that setting is normally reserved for slower scooters. This one you need to be able to coast and activate brake when you want.
