I was on the fence but I feel so much happier that I went the Quest 3 route. The vision pro definitely looks so much better when viewing your surroundings, but I feel like I’d regret not getting the oculus. At least for now. If the playing field changes as far as gameplay is concerned then I might switch sides at some point. I was kind of dreading watching this video on the off chance that maybe there really were some badass games available right now for the vision pro lol. I’m able to watch movies and shows at a super clear resolution so any in between moments of me walking around my house doesn’t really bother me that my environment appears a little pixelated. PCVR capabilities with Steam were also a huge selling point for me. Vision Pro is still badass even if the games are lacking right now. It’s a good start for them I guess.

I CAN'T BELIEVE demeo doesn't come with a pass through mode. Not a windowed mode. But full A.R. Mode. 🤦🏾‍♂️ talk about missing the ball.

Quest 2/3 PSA for everyone: In order to open up the multi-monitor setup on the Quest while using hand tracking only, you can physically pinch and place the quick shortcuts from the menu bar for the browser, remote desktop, etc., I usually orient my hand to pinch from the bottom and then you can place them on either the left or right of your current window to open them without using controllers!

Honestly, I like my Apple Vision Pro, but these apps suck. Could never recommend it to someone who wants to have a great VR experience. Thanks for saving me some money. So much missed potential.

Demeo is excellent once you get used to the controls and the best way to move your people. Virtual pool looks great! Hoping they do well with the multiplayer and spatial personas- would be fun to play pool with friends. Good stuff!

Demeo is definitely better on the quest 3, especially in the mixed reality mode and hand tracking.

Demeo is a highly regarded VR game. Hand tracking seems to be pretty good with it.

Try fluid or other multi brower apps. There are lots of options even to have apple style app that has the same style interface. Spatial and Fluid are two I recommend. The first one is more quest style, and the second is the apple style

How about clash of clans vr version, can climb table, sofa, or couch, were the room is 3dscanned artificialy, can select unit or in square box and command all tegether like red alert/ battle realms. There size is tiny like dwarfs, attacking or charging from windows, artificial wall holes, ect..

game looks a bit rough but still good to hear the controls are responsive it mean better games will be possible.

That's pretty cool. It would be neat if they had different backgrounds so you could pretend you're watching a movie from the surface of the moon or Mars or something.
