Why not dry the air before it goes into the tank?
@@sloppydoggy9257 the air coming out of the compressor head is extremely hot. The surface area of the tank helps cool it. Quite a lot so it’s more efficient at removing moisture. Depending the volume of air, you’re consuming would probably determine if you could go straight into the refrigerant air dryer the tank would last longer if it had dry air in it
I use makita 14 " Cut off. But all my pipe are not cutting straight. Can you tell why?
4", 6" And even 1" Pipe are not cut straight
@@KingKong-jg6pd are you trying to cut 90° angles or are you trying to cut more like a 45? I have never really had trouble cutting 90s with an abrasive saw but cutting 45s can be very tricky to get them to cut straight without making a bevel. Some people say a higher quality blade helps. I haven’t found one that completely gets rid of the issue though that’s one of the reason that people use metal cutting band saws or the more expensive lower RPM carbide saws.
Quality abrasive blades are worth it. Much higher production and minimal burr. Here in Australia I use PFERD 350mm x 2.8mm x 25.4mm for up to 5mm thick sections and get a lot of life from a blade. Cut pressure and surface velocity matter a lot. The blade needs high surface velocity to work. If the rpms drop, pause for a tiny moment and it makes a huge difference. A worn down blade also has less surface velocity and can compromise cut speed and quality.
@@cleanmachine08 yes definitely a quality blade makes a huge difference but price isn’t the only indicator of quality. And having a cap saw where you could speed it up as the blade wears down would be helpful, but I don’t know of any
You really helped me out, thanks
@@jamiltinajero1870 thanks
Great video but i was thinking about welding penetration, Im not a professional but i weld alot and you do get enough penetration if you can burn through the material just adjust with power and speed right? no need to start/stop. Only time i do this technique is when the material is very thin and you have too much power
@@danielkarlsson397 you’re right you can have it set just right but when materials are painted or dirty and when you’re gap varies quite a bit, it can be challenging to have it set just right because just right is different for every joint when there’s a lot of variables and I would rather have to stop to let it cool for a second or two, then have to keep changing the machine all the time. If your material is very clean and your route opening is consistent. You can set it just right and not need to stop. And if done right that definitely makes for a better weld.

Just found your channel. I realize I am a little late to the party but, would it be a good idea to put a diagonal brace to keep the legs from racking?
@@rickswanberg4995 when I was designing it, I wondered if it was necessary now that I have it built I’ve thrown myself against it quite a few times trying to see if it wiggled at all, and I can’t seem to get it to budge. It seems extremely solid so if I later find it needed, I will definitely add it. I think it will be convenient to be able to store things under it so I was leaving it relatively open. Thank I will look into it more.

Great video, thank you sir!
I have no idea how this works or what it does exactly (not my area of expertise)... I actually stumbled across this by accident, looking for a video on fabricating a water storage tank... But could you possibly route the gas line down underground to an indirect burner in a chamber with a "heat" pipe going from that chamber to the under side of the tank? Then you could use the gas to run the burner, which would heat the tank and eliminate any excess gas being let out into the atmosphere.. And it could run non-stop.. Just a thought.. Ignore if it doesn't make sense.. lol

Nice!
It's ridiculous how easily the entire bolt will come through the frame on push mowers. I unfortunately don't have a welder. I have basic welding knowledge and could easily fix it with one, otherwise, it's almost cheaper to buy another mower if the frame has a hole. I wish there was another option. Still a great video.
It’s quite disappointing the quality of push mowers. There may be a way of bolting another piece of metal to it or riveting something.
@@CreativityUnleashed gonna try JB Weld or Epoxy . Probably won't hold though because of the beating and vibration the wheel takes.
