All on board unless one of those new offense guru’s. Now I use to be a big Tomlin hater then I learned more about Steeler team dynamics. For example is OC hirings but I’ve learned some HC don’t have any say he might but idk. Also positions coaches seemed even worse than below avg. I changed my mind when I found out good coaches don’t wanna come to pix cause cheap pay, also always have the least amount of coaches. When we do get great coaches they won’t promote or raise salary can’t rem name right now but I heard everyone in the NFL say he was the best OL coach. My big problem is and same for Cower power is the lack of game planning and adjustments,”predictable offense, coaching for dummies” then hear them say we do what we do. Also same as Cower always play down to competition.

Nah the big problem is coaching hires especially OC. IDK if he a big say in OC hiring he might not have any say or a huge say. Not only Co. but positions coaches also rem Juju said he learned more at KC in 3 weeks then 5 yrs at Pitt. I played college level so I got an understanding of offense but not what OCs have and I could see major problems with my mid understanding. Like how did Canada even get hired he’s not ready for OC.

For reference: The Browns hired a ‘felon’ for $250m and destroyed their team but still found a way to beat the Steelers with a 3rd string QB and have a better record than the Steelers…

I listened to 34 minutes and some change and before I turn this garbage off I noticed one thing: This man didn’t say ANY of the losses was Tomlin’s fault. ZERO. All the attrition or lack thereof, all the bonehead challenges, all the stars getting into trouble (and people give credit to Tomlin for ‘holding these guys together’), and so on and so forth.
