Even if it's sad to see some giants drop to oblivion, even some of my very favorite mons like Snorlax, I will never feel completely horrible because i can just see my perfect angel Blissey stand proud and round at OU while eating +2 dark pulses from Darkrai or shrugging off Raging Bolt's thunderbols and dracos at the breakfast table. Sucks to suck, but i always disliked Terrakion, Gyarados and genies outside of Landorus and Tornadus therian and Salamence is the pseudo legend that i dislike the most together with Tyranitar, my two favorites are still in OU (Pult and Dnite) and my second favorites are in UU (Hisuian Goodra and Metagross)

nothing like defogging their last mon so you can go ham with hurricane/focus blast... It would be cool to look in to whether any defog mons have good trapping moves... it takes some preparation but I'd imagine the rewards are worth it

I love that recently theres more teams without ttar. That said a gen 3 game without ttar on either team? Very rare. My favorite gen 3 ou ttar set (obviously very team dependent) Tyranitar-shiny 256 in HP same with SpAtk Other 4 in attack Leftovers -rock slide -pursuit -fire blast -protect Bulkiest Tyranitar in existence. Great with forretress or claydol. Its ability to chip heal with protect is crazy, almost as good skarm despite its trash typing. Its not gonna be your win con but its gonna put in crazy work. I like slow paced, defensive teams that just spread status and get a buncha chip damage, then clean up late game with a fast choice band sweeper i.e. aerodactyl, salamence, etc

In today's VGC, you simply cannot escape Incineroar. Almost everyone uses this thing. Competitive battles aren't what they used to be. I'm personally tired at looking at this cat in pretty much every VGC match in Gen 9, but it's not hard to see why it's inevitable.
