58:43 dude thank you for this explanation. i really hate how this concept, that certainly had great potential, was just poorly given at the very end of the game, thus not letting us the time to process the informations or understand its consequences deeply. that would've been awesome if, kind of like colette having to sacrifice herself to regenerate the world, estelle also came up earlier with this kind of dilema instead of just "i use too much aer and happen to cross path with a guy that wanted to use it for evil so now better kms".

I KNOW THAT WAY TOO WELL !!! another thing that i absolutely HATED about this game is how it was presented to me as something deep and intriguing. i love it when you feel... you know... something deep inside of you when you get to know more about the story but ... this game... it lacked this part sooo much ! i was waiting for the shivers and NOTHING for a very long time. it was just plain and boring. In symphonia you'd always get a roller coaster of emotions to the point that i got my expectations too high for that game

man i really appreciated the gameplay but gosh the game itself was a paaaaaaaiiiiin so yeah i feel good hearing someone criticize the flaws of that game that i was sold to as the "perfect game" like man my expectations were too high because of how overrated it is and then it was the biggest dissapointment EVER. i still enjoyed some dinamics between certain characters but otherwise i felt like many character were straight up BORING (talking to you judith and raven)

ngl man, I find this review more like a recap of a terrible story ( I got so bored that I skipped to near the end of the video) I get the feeling that you actually like the story, that makes me question severely your taste, not because I disliked it but because it is bad and thats a fact you have a good voice and some good jokes, so good work there

Loved this game. In Valkyria Chronicles, you can recruit an eye patched man named Vyse, and a female named Aika? They are from a distant land and seek adventure, a nod to Skies of Arcadia.

The only thing i missed what something considered "the hard path" at the time. From what I rememebr it had something to do with "missing" the boat to a certain era and you're forced to fight a boss fight first at some tower

I learned of this game about a month ago, and have purchased it for PS1 on ebay. I'm going to play solely to k*ll with impunity! It's going to be amazing 😂😂

There's another small detail missing from the gamecube version that was in the original dreamcast version. When you acquire the little jack, the engine room is noisy until you steal Belleza's engine from her airship. Then, the engine room is quiet. In the gamecube version, there never is any noise in the little jack's engine room.

53:40 I doubt they wanted to make Noishe playable; but you can ride Noishe on the world map, and the easiest way to do that is to add his model to the overworld character class. This is likely the leftovers of some code that did that, and they just didn't remove it when they changed the way Noishe worked later in development.

I totaly disagree with your opinion on X2!!! X1 was waaaay to easy. It's that way around 😂 And X3 was THE GREATEST! The peak! X4 was still preaty need, and after that there only came trash So X2 and X3 was the best!

Whats crazy is, X5 isn't really that bad, most of the stages are pretty decent, the weapons are okay (X1 is really the only game where almost every weapon was very useful and powerful) It has a strong foundation, its just all the mechanics that are messed up, from simple annoyances Like Alia constantly interrupting the flow, to more glaring issues like unlocking parts being so slow and the RNG screwing you out of a Zero play through. Hell even the story is fine, it's just needed better cutscenes, this game comeout in the 2000s and yet NES games like Ninja Gaiden were more vibrant in their story telling.

I loved the 3DS MGS3 (my first mgs game and one I did complete) one of the best versions of the game that actually lets you crouch walk.
