What do you think about how CBT doesn't consider the person's emotions? That's the hardest part I had dealing with my PTSD. As they say "Nailed it!!" Clever with the lines and phrasing such as "I'm just totally cuckoo", "one person conga line", and "I'm so stoned" still kill me!!! HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! All the vocal nuances and cadence and attention to detail is probably the best Kate impersonation I've heard ANYWHERE on CZcams. You are definitely up there!
