Love butternut squash soup. Make it in my soup maker then put into my Sistema soup mugs. Freeze, defrost and microwave all in the mug. Love it. Not tried with coconut milk though so its now on the list. Thanks Kerry. xx

Hi Kerry, just wondered if you considered spreading some apple sauce on your pastry before laying down the sausage mixture, and i suppose for Christmas you could use cranberry sauce with turkey or chicken sausages / meat.

Morning Kerry, we love homemade sausage rolls, Harrison 1st ever thing he made in the airfryer. Our favourite is square sausage, sausage rolls. Babybels are great to use, and I use aldi cheap doritos crushed with paprika, garlic granules & onion powder as a coating, and they are delicious I used a round cake tin for to cookbthe babybels andvthey didnt explode, i think the more space they have the more they splodge lol. Now you're talking Kerry,I love snack finger food,as the song goes "You Can Always Find Me In The Kitchen At Parties" I could just stand at the buffet table and eat,there's something so good about little triangle sandwiches,mini sausage rolls,cocktail sausages,voule vents with chicken supreme and cocktail sticks with cheese pineapple and pickled onions etc,another great snack is cooked pasta of your choice but I usually use penne or spiral,after you boil it mix it in a bowl with oil and the seasoning of your choice and air fry at 200 for around 6 to 8 minutes shaking regularly and it's a really tasty snack to dip in the sauce of your choice or on its own like crisps,another enjoyable video flower Xx

Hi Kerry. After extensive research, I've double-checked and here is your answer regarding the pronunciation: "Tzatziki is not pronounced tuh-ziki. My family is Greek. It really infuriates me when people mispronounce tzatziki. It's not pronounced tuh-ziki. It's more like zaht-ziki."

Pronounced jajiki. Lived in Athens for 27 years. My sons are half Greek and said this is the best pronunciation.

Nice one Kerry, they look very quick and easy. I must go to B&M and pick up some of those egg rings. My son has Autism but I think he would manage to cook these, maybe he would do one for me too (wishful thinking), lol. Thank you my lovely. xxx

125g butter/marg 125g icing sugar 125g plain flour 25g cornflour 1 tsp vanilla extract 75g chocolate (optional - for dipping biscuits when cooked) butter must be very loose before starting to help with the end result before cooking. Add butter and icing sugar to a bowl and whisk together. Sift in your flour and cornflour and with a spatula, fold it in until fully combined. (it may be a bit thick for piping, if so - loosen with a splash of milk) Put the dough into a piping bag, and on a sheet of baking paper, pipe out any shape you like. I went with circles and squiggles. Pop piped dough into the fridge for minimum 30 mins. BAKE setting 180c/360f for approx 5 mins (mine were small - so keep an eye as may be longer or even shorter) Once whirls are completely cooled, dip into the chocolate (that you've melted) set aside until chocolate has hardened. Enjoy with a lovely cup of tea

I see some other viewers commented but if you roll the dough into small balls and flatten with either a fork or the base of a sturdy glass it’s much easier than piping them. To melt the chocolate, do it in the microwave it’s much easier than the basin over boiling water. I often sandwich mine together with chocolate spread or vanilla icing if I add a couple of tablespoons of cocoa powder in exchange for one of flour. My kids always asked me to make little ones so they had more. When they were old enough it was their job to roll them out and flatten them. My daughter would use a fork because the “looked pretty” and my son the glass. Fond memories thank you

Hi Kerry nice video, I class myself as an expert at the fakeaway muffin 😂 been making them for a while now. you are correct that Lidl have only recently started selling the patties, Aldi have been selling them for quite a while. The secret to the McDonalds taste is Rosemary I heat up some oil in a pan and add some rosemary and let it infuse for a couple of minutes before adding the sausage patties and cooking them this is what gives them the same taste as mcdonald’s also no ketchup in them 😉
