In Hackerino replay, the only scans I saw were directly on observers. Push the dial more towards hacker...

I think the zealot find on the 2nd game didn't seem too suspicious. He saw them with the banshee and viking earlier so makes sense to think there might still be zealots in the area

Last guy isn't hacking. Terran mech moving between bases is common and especially after dealing with drops. Moving the hellions to the non depot wall location is normal. Guy was sending viking to center of dead space

Don't think the second player is a hacker. If you look at 32:34 the alleged hacker has a great opportunity to take out Killa's newly building Nexus. It could be that the player is F2ing his army across to deal with the Zealots. The hacker does just push across the map after slowly dealing with this pressure, but if the alleged hacker were hacking, surely they'd push in a different direction. Not guilty as it's not beyond reasonable doubt your honour.

I liked your ad at the start well done. Though i did thing your voice was kinda weird thos video, like very deep and slow. Then I realized the video was playing at 1x speed. Sounds normal again at 1.5-2x

The popularity of this mod just goes to show that development of SC2 delivered quality of life upgrades for unit control and the macro game, but completely biffed it in terms of straight up fun playing each race. SC:BW units and play style are just more fun.

Please show the endings of the replays quick if it was close! I was pulling for the first person SimpleOne to beat the opponent despite it being an obvious hacker, and I'm so curious now :D. Fun series, thanks.

hackerinos is 100% a hacker. if i wanted to consistently cheat, especially in a game where other players can replay my pov, i'd mix in retarded moves against whats happening whenever I feel like I can get away with it in order to make it feel more organic

At 30:00 the 2x depots at the 4th base look like a bluff. There is only a single frame after the Protoss come into view before all SCV's & mules are selected & moving away to the top left, no other responses in the game have been anywhere near that fast. Also the prism tracking from earlier was way too accurate, compared with how you would normally do a random search & patrol.

it might be interesting to do a video where you play a game against someone better than you but you have full vision, just to further get inside the mind of a map hacker or even do a challenge where you have a group of people play but one of them is map hacking and you try to pick them out

No way the last guy wasn't hacking. He does a few things that if he had hacks don't make sense, but the bigger clue to me about hacking is pretend this is noobs in disguise, try to guess the mmr of the alledged hacker, and if your guess is thousands of mmr lower than his actual mmr they're probably hacking. If you were guessing the mmr of hackerinos, is there any way you'd guess above gold or maybe plat? His mmr is masters 1 and not that far from gm. Does this guy play anything like an m1 player? Then when you add the super suspicious moves like clicking in the exact correct spot to intercept a warp prism he can't see WHILE he's being attacked at his third and getting the minimap alert, it's just way too much evidence of hacking. Obviously would want to watch more of his replays to be sure but I'm like 99% sure he's hacking. It's just someone with the mechanics of a gold player so a lot of the reactions are very bad.

3rd Replay: Re: Zealot Find east of Main Base. You see the Zealots running around there when his Viking is chasing after the Warp Prism. He reasonably could've known they were there. I'm more convinced he is a hacker by virtue of how poorly several of his decisions were for him to be in that MMR range. But it could've just been a bad matchup.

That last guy had ZERO micro skill, was clearly SUPER slow... no map control... and yet scanned for observers and moved directly to army units he couldn't see. No doubt at all.. Hacking 💯 The supply depot build was purely just 'terrible player'... just because he has hacks.. doesn't mean he sees everything.. nor does it mean he has a brain..

Harstem doesn't seem to understand that lower-level players, even just under GM, don't have the mental APM to look at mini map constantly, even if they have no fog of war. All the times they didn't notice something and it "seemed odd" can simply be explained by they were paying attention to something else and didn't even look at the mini map. I get at the professional level that seems unheard of and "crazy" but everyone below that just isn't able to keep up, even when relatively noting is happening.

Harstem, the Hackerinos guy, he was hacking, no other questions. He is just a bronze player that is map hacking. Simple as that. Remember, dude had ZERO map awareness but some how would hit every observer with a dead center scan? O.O I don't believe that for one minute.

I am glad that this video is advertised. I hope that we'll see more. This is how things should be done. Harstem is doing huge Community service with his work. I never saw a Professional Player streaming as much as he is, also never seen a streamer initiating a anti-hacker movement in Starcraft. So, big thumbs-up from me! 👍👍👍👍🫶 I genuinely think that cheaters and smurfs really harmed the game until now. I never understood why would you try to cheat at a game you suck at. Maybe hackers just try to sell their products, idk... But from a gamer's point of view, I really don't understand. If you are actually a gamer, means that you love gaming and try to be better through fundamentals and mechanics. I real gamer would never go find a good maphack programme. I will try to give you a simple example. I have played Starcraft casually since it appeared in 1998, and back in those days, the ladder didn't exist. As I recall, Multiplayer meant playing with a few friends in an Internet Cafè or something. 99% of my SC1 games were Campaign. And back then, there were some cheating codes like "show me the money" for instant resources or "power overwhelming" for invincibilty. But I never used them. That is the entire purpose. The joy after finishing that map. But who knows what is in the minds of today's teenagers? Even in RL, some want to achieve accomplishments through hard work and enjoy their lives in the process, while some just want to get rich fast by robbing a bank or something. I think it's the way we appreciate values, and every person sees values as entirely different things. Basically, everyone has different aspirations in life. For many of us, it's family and maybe a few friends, the simple life, for others, it's their career, while for some, as seen today, is taking the easy way. Keep up the good work! Respect!

Togglers are people who toggle cheats off and on when needed during the game. Makes them harder to catch.

How's this for a series idea: You over-analyze a game in its entirety, going over every mistake you see and how you would fix it. That game with the proxy hatcheries would have been solved with a reaper, but that takes time to know that you're also macroing up and preparing behind that. The last game with mech was weird. He didn't make sensor towers, but then again he didn't expand very far and wasn't active on the map. That center position before the fight at the fourth was the center of the three, a natural resting place. His movement with the Viking could have been to remove that one annoyance while trusting his defenses to hold while he killed that mosquito. If he was a hacker he needed to have been more active on the map in order to not fall behind. Which is the idea of the series. You have the skill and knowledge to give a small example of everything you think of in a game. Making those examples be of varying levels would give all of those levels solid ways to improve. I don't know how long the videos would be, I'm guessing not short. But they likely wouldn't need to be updated, unit control/movement, generic fight tactics, hotkey/vision hotkey setup. Ways/ideas for others to improve. Otherwise, I still love your channel! It's always great to hear your explanations and willingness to operate in good faith.

I get your indecision for the last game, but it's all explained by him just being really slow. He never attempts to defend his 4th, but the moment he notices its in danger, he starts building a wall and moves his army there. It looks slow and dumb because it is slow and dumb. The Viking mirroring the prism was way too suspicious. That's 1 in a million movement if it's legit, but simple enough with hacks.
