Move and TV music predominantly from the 60's 70's, rarer cuts, lots of John Barry, Ennio Morricone, Jerry Fielding, etc. Enjoy!

Ennio Morricone with Edda Dell'Orso - Dolore Nell'Anima from LA PIOVRA 7

Gorgeous, sinewy cue from the Maestro with effortlessly beautiful vocalese from Edda.
John Barry - Unreleased cue from On Her Majesty's Secret Service
zhlédnutí 15KPřed 8 lety
Short piece of music heard during Bond's getaway from Irma Bunt and Draco's henchmen at the ice rink. Although source music it has all the signature elements of classic John Barry. This short cue did not appear on the expanded CD of OHMSS released by EMI.
André Previn - TWO FOR THE SEESAW (1962) Opening Credits (HQ)

One of my all-time favourite opening credit sequences - just a perfect mesh of music and visuals.
RIP Robin Williams 1951-2014

Music by Ennio Morricone from Robin's film WHAT DREAMS MAY COME (1998). A tragic loss, may he find the peace he desperately needed.
Ken Thorne - HANNIE CAULDER (Alternate unreleased version)
zhlédnutí 2,3KPřed 9 lety
Sorry for the lousy sound quality, but this is all I can manage. I believe this to be a one of a kind acetate featuring an alternate and unused theme that Thorne composed for HANNIE CAULDER. I came across it in a a branch of Oxfam in Hampstead, London around twenty years go. If anyone can offer up any more info on this I'd be very grateful

Back in the pre-Star Wars day when Williams' style was much more eclectic. It may just be source music but it's source music with class!

What was that old luvvie, dear, dear Johnny Gielgud doing in this show?
So emotional listening to this tune, so many memories of that time.
Columbo was the undisputed king of the NBC Mystery Movie Detective Series rotations, but, this was a neat little insert and series in its own right. Thanks for the trip down memory lane and for uploading.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
NYC - they just started, building the legendary WTC Towers !!! This Movie has it all, great Scenery, great Story, great Actors, great Music in total it is very good Entertainment !!!
Thanks for this. A favorite soundtrack theme.
This is a Lalo I didn't know! Thanks Steve, glad I subscribed!
My all time favorite composer, John Barry. ❤❤❤
✨💎
Rod Taylor was on the short list of producers Harry Saltzman and Albert "Cubby" Broccoli to portray James Bond in their first film "Dr.No", but he turned down the role. Who knows what course his career would have taken if he had been the first James Bond. One thing is certain, he would have made a lot more money.
Great comic strip aswell!
Assisti esse filme há muitos anos e achei a música linda, nunca esqueci, e Sean Connery sempre maravilhoso!
❤
Had the Album” Ready whenever you are JB” with this on but I threw it away when cd canes out, worse thing I ever did since other than marrying Laura Coyle of Halifax who now lives in Los Osos California and is grotesque
Un génie !!!
My favourite John Barry tune and it kills me it only seems to exist on vinyl and this CZcams video. Thank you, doing God's work 🙏

Brilliant.
One of my favorite series. Great time of my life
Albert Popwell was the black guy in all the dirty harry movies. clint liked him and got him work

Great theme music to a great series, loved it and enjoy rewatching. Rock, Susan, Mildred and Enright all terrific, loved Rock Hudson RIP you are not forgotten
I remember the many times I checked this soundtrack album from the library. I was literally surprised by how powerful the score was. Ironically, I had not seen the film until years later. The score in the film was more distinctive and thrilling than on the soundtrack album. I wish Filmscore Monthly would produce an extended release of Riz Ortolani’s The 7th Dawn. The film was excellent and very photogenic. If you haven’t seen The 7th Dawn, watch it closely. The film comes on in Turner Classic Movies every once in a while.
this is meant to be listened from a eimes lounge chair
Thanks Steve for the reply and info about the format availability & how to search for the Barry score. Have an excellent weekend.
Better late than never. Thanks for posting this very rare Barry score. As a OST collector with over 70 of Barry's scores in my collection (on vinyl, cassette & cd), I do not have this one. Barry is my favorite film composer. Was/is this score available on cd or only vinyl?? Thanks again for sharing this with us Barry fans!
Only on vinyl. If you search for the score but add Lionel Bart’s name as Barry only contributed these tracks.

A very good singer unkown in Brazil. This song was also recorded by Matt Monro.
How many absolute scorching tunes John Barry penned
Fonda was 66. Seems old to be playing the dad, especially for that era.
it's Minnelli. Two Weeks is an interesting movie if you care about that period in moviemaking. Cyd very good in an unsympathetic role. R
Had my time in Mexico , much like the movie easy place to get all turned around in business lol
Thank you for posting this version. My 50 yrs memory.
I think that the NYPD is among the most politically abused by the political establishment.
I just love the Wind in the background.
When this first came out I worked in a College. During the holidays I would sneak into the auditorium, put it on the sound system, crank it up a bit and just sit in the middle and soak it up. Wonderful!
Real deal Western -- the best.
Another great melody from the master of film music composers
I watched it in the 60s now in 2024 it's my ringtone
It's beautiful

Beautiful theme
Great movie about Chicago in the early 1970s. All actors were great, but Peter Boyle especially gave much depth to his character. The movie was about a lonely man too. There was no clear reason why he should look for a date while on a trip, except perhaps as T.R. said, he probably had difficulty relating to his wife and family back home.
Tried to download this
love this
I like this version of Alice in Wonderland from 1972.Because in this movie who is made after Lewis Carrols novel.Peter Sellers and Dudley Moore is some of the actors who is playing in this movie. And I am happy that I got the exsperience that time Peter Sellers and Dudley Moore was creative as actors
I loved this show.. The chemistry between these two shaped my views of romantic companionship as I was growing up..the first few seasons were better written
🎬 💓🎶
This is one of the finest TV themes ever, fitting for a great show like this was.
